Grab a Nexus 7 2013 16GB for $179, 32GB for $219 From Staples With Coupon Code

Nexus 7 Deal

We love a good deal, especially on Nexus devices, so hurry on over to Staples and enter in a special coupon code to receive $50 off any tablet priced over $150. You also get free shipping, so this deal can’t be beat. The Nexus 7 2013 16GB can be had for just $179 (usually priced at $229) or the 32GB model for $219 (usually priced at $269).

No telling how long the deal will last, but you can imagine they will run out of inventory pretty soon if they keep this up for long.

Note: It appears the 16GB model is now out of stock, but the 32GB is still available for $219.

Coupon Code: 24373

Web site works perfectly now that the coupon has expired!

  • M3D1T8R

Bought the 32gb in store last night, the coupon code droid life listed did not work at the register, but after much stress I found a different coupon through Staples site that did work in store. It seems to be gone now. 32gb for $10 less than the normal 16gb price, awesome!

  • ecotone

used the in store coupon from their coupon webpage today after my online order yesterday mysteriously disappeared even though I had a confirmation # and printable receipt. and even though it clearly says limit 1, it worked for 2 at the register. if you’re considering getting one, please do- they’re awesome!

  • James Hill

The kindle Fire HDX as also available for the same price.

  • b00sted

My wife gave me the OK to order the 16gb for my xmas gift.. go to order and out of stock somebody upstairs hates me today :(

    • djdsf

You can go to a staples and buy it there. Go to staples.com/coupons and print out the same coupon to be able to use it in store.

      • Silver Veloz

Thank you. I will do this. Great.

      • b00sted

Thank you! I am enjoying my new tablet thanks to you sir!

  • gokusimpson

Damn. Out of stock on the LTE

  • djdsf

Does anyone know if this is an online only coupon? I’m thinking about buying another one at the store but don’t know if it’s an online only offer or what.

    • Jason

It is not online only. I bought mine in store today. Inly had to show coupon on my phone . Listed on their website.

  • droidrazredge

I know this was for online during the checkout, but Tim-o-tato, or does anyone else know if this can be applied inside the Staples store as well ?

    • Jason

It is good in store. Bought mine today that way.

  • droidrazredge

This is better than the deal when I got mine during July when it was with 30$ off a coupon. Congratulations to everyone who gets a shiny new Nexus 7 (32GB or 16GGB) with this 50$ coupon. It’s a truly great device and I am really happy I purchased one.

  • Colin Zack

Ordered mine with this deal this morning

  • pball_inuyasha

man this is seriously tempting me to just get the new 2013 version and worry about selling my 2012 at a later time.

  • djdsf

I was going to buy a 32GB one last night at NewEgg but I’m glad I forgot to do that, going to pick up my new 7 from staples now!

  • Tim242

Grab a One Max for $250. $150 is for ports online only.

    • http://twitter.com/geoff5093 Geoff Johnson

      And how is that related?

  • kriegsnet

Fantastic. Just picked up a 32gb. UPS lost my package last week from Google directly, so it may have been a blessing now I get it $50 cheaper.

  • silentbob2003

Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think I’ll buy any device again made by Asus. I really think they skimped on hardware in order to keep the price so low. My 1st gen Nexus 7 degraded into a laggy, buggy mess quicker than any other smartphone or tablet I’ve ever owned. Very disappointing. Just got the N5, I’m hoping LG puts together a more well-built product…

    • Tim242

Have you been under a rock? That was fixed in 4.3 with trim. That was software related.

      • silentbob2003

        Yes, I know. Didn’t help.

      • Derek L.

Yeah, my Nexus 7 (2012) with 4.4 on it is still quite the lagfest. I’m not too sure why that is either.

      • Timmy242ROOLZ

Ah good old Timmy, being abrasive and declarative when the situation calls for neither. You are such a special snowflake.

      • droidify

I love my Nexus 7 but Asus does skimp on things. My transformer prime has been a disaster and my Zenbook has been back for a hard drive failure. My Asus 1215N has made two trips to them for the touch pad dying and my Dad’s TF300 has been back for the power button breaking. They don’t test their products apparently because the Prime obviously couldn’t lock on GPS or hold wifi because of the metal design. That is poor management.

      • JetRanger27

My N7 2012 with 4.3 is a laggy mess. I hate it lately.. 4.3 Trim did didly squat for it …. Wife upgraded her OG iPad to a 32GB iPad Air this weekend. Man does that thing fly, Not nearly a stutter to be found …. So tempted ….

  • Johngi

I really want the LTE version, I wonder if there will ever be a coupon code for that one. I love my 2012 N7.

    • David Henry

The coupon is for ANY tablet over $149. So, it might be

      • Johngi

        OUT OF STOCK :(

  • David Henry

Actually just got the 32GB 1st gen for only $137. That is cheaper then even Woot had it yesterday. Glad I forgot to buy it then :)

    • Ben Murphy

Why the 1st gen? For $40 more, you could have had the latest and greatest.

      • David Henry

        1) It isn’t for me (gift) or else I totally would have :)
        2) For $40 more I could have had the 16GB version of the latest and greatest (though that was already sold out). For the 32GB version I would have had to spend $219
        3) I use the 1st gen now and love it and still can recommend it highly

        • MK17

Also, only the 1st gen supports charging and USB host simultaneously. Obviously, not a big deal for many people, but I figured it should be put out there.

    • capecodcarl

Where’d you get that from at that price? I was looking to get my kids tablets and that is a great price. My daughter wanted a “kindle” but I figure a Nexus would make more sense since I know she means a Kindle Fire like her friend has.

      • David Henry

        It was $179.50-$50+$8.09(tax)

        • capecodcarl

Oh nice, I didn’t even know Staples still had the first generation. I wonder if I can do two separate orders and use the coupon twice. ;-)
