Images Allegedly Show LG Canada’s Warehouse Stocked With Thousands of Nexus 5 Devices

nexus 5 shipments1

According to two images and a post over at forum Neogaf, LG Canada’s distribution centers have received their shipments of Nexus 5 phones and are simply awaiting the order to have them shipped out. In the top image, we can see stacks of boxes that could be filled with Nexus 5 phones, all of which have LG branding. One even has a Nexus 5 retail package lying on top of it. The other image shows a close-up of the Nexus 5 retail box, which looks similar to the box pictured with a white variant a week or so ago.

Again, the source claims that the images come from an LG Canada’s distribution center, which currently holds about 30,000 devices. We have no way to confirm this, but it certainly looks like a bunch of boxes of LG phones ready for action.

So at this point, do we know what Google is waiting for? Distribution centers have them. The Google Play store page has already been built and mistakenly posted with pricing. We’ve seen the service manual. Carphone Warehouse is ready to sell them. And official press renders are floating about.

Let’s do this!

The release is so close I can ALMOST TASTE IT!

    • jack nunez

      lol nice

  • mcdonsco

Any idea on pricing yet? Then again, I’m on verizon so guess it doesn’t matter.

    • PhantomGamers

$350 for 16GB, same as nexus 4… no word on 32gb but it’ll probably be $399

  • M3D1T8R

Can I have a pallet of those? Just one! Let’s see, maybe 10 N5′s per box, about 70 boxes per pallet, that’s 700 N5′s per pallet. Okay, maybe give me just a few boxes full, please?

  • Nanda Linn Aung

wow. awesome!!! would like to have 1. lol

  • acras

Ok , an “alleged” Nexus 5 box on top of pallets of LG toasters , this is getting out of hand

  • jim

It would have to be ut for months before id bite on another Nexus

  • abhele

TEASING THE F*** OUT OF US !!!

  • AustinM123

Please come to Verizon I really want this to come to Verizon.

    • Bill Hill

LG G2 my friend, unlocked and rocking CM :)

      • AustinM123

I would but I just can’t get over the position of the buttons. If this doesn’t come to Verizon I will be getting the G2 instead. How is the battery life, I still have the GNexus which can’t make it 3 hours of moderate use?

        • Bill Hill

I was annoyed with the buttons at first but got use to them real fast esp with a case (u can use it as reference; rocking Incipio Feather altho Dual Pro was good too) and the addition of wireless charging is awesome; very convenient. Battery life is insane, much better then my old S4 which barely got me thru the day on moderate-heavy use but with the G2, the battery lasts all day even on heavy use.

          • Bill Hill

With Knock-On/Knock-Off, I hardly use the power button anymore anyways bc its faster, easier and the best thing since sliced bread :D

        • mcdonsco

Not sure why everyone always ignores the moto’s…? The droid max is a much better phone than the g2

          • Droid 1967

            not even close.

          • mcdonsco

And another anti-moto lazy ass response.

          • mcdonsco

Oh, and by the way, I have checked out the G2.

Crappy plastic build, even worse than sammy’s
An overlay that makes it only slightly resemble an android device (and if you rom, good for you, I don’t as I suspect is the case with most people).
            Less battery life
Rear buttons; sorry, this one is a fail…big time.
Signal was the same as my maxx (when looking at network and signal strength, no difference)
the onscreen navigation is buggy (home, back buttons etc) and bloated

Overall just seemed like it should have a mattel sticker on it.

The maxx by comparison is EXTREMELY well built with quality materials, close to vanilla android etc.

The cameras on them from my own playing around with them seemed to be about equal, no real winner there that I could see.

The only two advantages to the G2 are 1) the larger higher res screen. It’s only slightly larger and when you take away the portion of the screen for on screen buttons (sorry, not a fan of those) its about the same size. As for the resolution, once I set the brightness to be the same on both, it wasn’t a noticeable difference at all.

And the processor, however, I don’t (and likely never will) play games on my phone, that’s what my xbox is for (and computer if I want to go that route) so that makes zero difference to me. I ran and loaded tons of identical apps, ran through, what I do with a phone, and nothing was noticeably faster on the G2 – nothing.

I’m sure benchmarks would show differently, but I don’t run benchmarks as a productivity app on my phone, so I don’t care.

Plus, for me one of the most important features for a phone is to not have to plug in for as long as possible and the Maxx just destroys the G2 in battery life.

          • Droid 1967

hey. sorry i posted a response per your no facts post not sure where it went.

Im not gonna repost as it was as long as your post. I believe the reason moto has got a bad name in this community is due to their lock downs of he phones thats basically it.

For the moto line of phones as compared to the G2

I can not reproduce the battery life so low showing the droid maxx as being better as i researched this. i get at least 25% better than any of them say. im guessing 1 of 2 things they have brightness at 100% which is not needed at all and possibly running a non bloated os totally stock with bloat ware while im running stock but bloat removed.

the G2 radio is great and most people i have read comparing them state lg is at least as good while some are saying they are getting better reception with g2 than their preivous moto phone not sure if they are talking the x-line though. either way teh radio in g2 is fine.

the buttons on the back are actually real nice once you get use ito it it grows on you quickly. I found the droid series to look very toyish not well put together with small gaps and that shiny black looked painted on. I feel teh G2 looks greatly pur together other than the fingerprint magnet. But this is jsut preference.

when it come to specs the moto x in seeable spec jsut isnt close. the screen is better. the camera is better(without waiting for an update-which i hear makes the camera on that series better- but still doesn’t compare–im not a big camera guy im sure both are fine for me.) I like the screen on the G2 better than the one on the droid series i looked at them i prefer the G2 screen. I do not believe the battery is much better on the droid series(even the maxx one-all the stats i see people posting do not agree with the usage i have been getting-but its definatley not a big deal as both last more than a day with normal use.)

by the way your graphics processor is the same as the g2 i believe so games wouldn’t be much of a problem. main difference is the extra 2 processor that you have are always slow while the extra 2 cores on the s-800 can be low powered and slow or ramp up to full speed if needed.

is the moto x line of phones a decent phone sure.

But it only the one you mention even compares with memory or battery to even come close. the rest of the line are not even close. and due to the screen which is the part i look at on the phone most often, i tried staring at the buttons but it wasnt as exciting and i prefer the bigger and better looking (to me) screen. I only posted my comment because you blatantly tried to state the moto series was better and i disagree.

on top of everything else the G2 while having a lock bootloader has loki ability meaning custom roms kernels or whatever work fine. at this point i am happy with the debloated stock os but we all know how verizon is on updates to new os so having the ability to upgrade is a big deal to me in case they refuse to update teh phone for months and months as usual. I would think the moto series should get 4.4 earlier than anyone else since its moto/google but will verizon actually push it out is another question.

believe it or not everyone that doesn’t agree with you is not anti moto. id buy a mto phone again when they stop locking them down and offer the best price for the bang which at this point they dont.

i dont care to talk to a phone while its not in my hand. so it does nothing for me.

            well that’s all i got.

sorry the response i posted yesterday seemed to disappear as seems to happen alot on discuss.

oh by the way soft keys go away real easy giving the whole screen making it a bigger difference. BSPlayer set as your streaming default does this automatically even on the stock rom .
but another reason i prefer soft keys over the hardware keys

these are preferences almost everything you state is preference this doesn’t make anyone a moto hater because we dont agree with you. I do not like the moto phones currently released..

ok im really done now. Enjoy your phone not a moto hater just find a much better value in the G2.

ok 1 more thing. i am a well known LG hater actually after owning a G2x and had been asked to port my rom to the nexus 4 and refused because i hated LG ,so for me to be in this position shows that i actually had to convince myself that this was a decent phone not the other way around. And so far i have not regretted the decision…..But well see i am still slight Leary of LG.

          • Rayper

            thats silly.

          • mcdonsco

See this, is EXACTLY what I’m talking about.

No reason, just “silly” – WTF, that’s lazy…

Harverster talking about better radio, maybe? I doubt it though as motorola’s generally have the best radio’s out there.

Maxx has better battery life, better build quality, a much closer to vanilla android install than the g2, similar in most other specs as well…comes down to preference, so what exactly in REAL WORLD USEGE makes it soooooo much better?

          • mcdonsco

Not sure what happened to my initial response to you, seems to have disappeared…but, “that’s silly”…really? WTF, lazy response.

          • HarvesterX

We live on the same planet, right? The Moto DROIDs are awesome but come on man. Even the signal strength on the G2 has been tested and shown to be better and best the almighty Motorola radios. Statements like this are of little use unless you’ve actually played with each and if you had done so your oopinion would be changed. As great as the X8 archeticture is, it doesn’t hold a candle to LG’s latest, or LG’s N5 (hoping that the N5 gets the same radio awesomeness that the G2.

I was reluctance at first and played with the X and Maxx along with a plethora of other devices before buying the G2 off contract. I’ve also done signal strength teats against my buddy’s Motorola X and he had said if he was within his 14 days he would have swapped phones. This isn’t just my experience. Unless MotoMaker isn’t necessity,..

          • mcdonsco

            I said maxx, not x.

      • Brent Cooper

Reading the other reply, how is the button placement? Have you gotten used to it? :)

  • Chris

if Google pulled the plug on the nexus program, a lot of angry nerds will commit suicide.

    • AbbyZFresh

Not to worry. Samsung will gladly and easily take their place.

      • Chris

its funny how people say android is all about choice and yet want google only to have the nexus phones or want OEMS to get rid of their skins and such.

        so much for choice.

I’m all for choice too, but I’m just laughing at the ridiculous comments made here.

        • AbbyZFresh

The problem is that Android started out with many different varieties of skins to appeal to people to combat iPhone in its early days since that was really the only thing it had to stand out in popularity since the stock android looked like crap.

Now that stock Android has caught up in design and features(for the most part) in relative to the skinned versions ever since ice cream sandwich came out. Now everybody doesn’t like Touchwiz and Sense and wants Nexus.

        • Liderc

That’s not true. The majority of people want the Nexus program to be taken up by all manufacturers, at least that’s what we’ve seen from this site’s users.

The reason the Nexus program is attractive is because it gives the user a basic UI with the ability to change anything we want. So yes, we do want to have “choice” but we don’t want manufacturers choosing for us before we purchase their device. Aka putting terrible skins over an awesome stock Android.

        • randpost

it is about choice. some people want pure google, and plenty of people want touchwiz and other skins. You just see more Nexus nerds on forums complaining or praising tech.

  • MikeKorby

Am I the only one here who is disappointed to find out that the packaging is not just an oversized Kit Kat wrapper..?

  • Jroc869, Nexus-Life

I hope they didn’t take that pic with a nexus 5

  • Tony Byatt

This has to be the most leaked/teased/hyped device ever…

    Can’t wait!…

    • Chris

      no

      • AbbyZFresh

we get it, you don’t like the Nexus 5 according to your past comments. Just be quiet already.

    • Steve B

      Yeah, isn’t it great?

      • Tony Byatt

        Very…

  • Chris

i don’t get why everyone is getting worked up over a phone thats specs are just gonna be outdated in a month or two. While the nexus 5 could be considered a 2014 “flagship phone”, many of the other ’14 flagship phones will be announced in january/February/march at the tech trade shows and those mobile phone trade shows.

Hopefully in 2014 we will see only one flagship phone or at least two (second at the end of the year) and not 50 diferent. ones.

    • AbbyZFresh

Timely OS updates and no laggy OEM skins and bloatware.

      • Chris

its not 2011 anymore. most of the skins have been toned down and bloatware? unless you are on Verizon that shouldn’t be an issue… at least sprint allows you to uninstall that crap, not just “disable it”

    • Liderc

The Nexus 5 is the best looking phone released in the last 2 years, and it will run the latest Android updates. It has a lot going for it other than winning the spec war. Hopefully it has a solid camera, if it does, there won’t be a phone that can touch it honestly.

    • Skittlez

worked up because all those awesome specs can be had for as low as $349 off-contract. can’t beat that

    • M3D1T8R

      Lol. This guy.

    • randpost

why do you care so much what other people get worked up over?

  • joejoe5709

There’s gotta be something wrong with Kit Kat, not the Nexus 5 itself. We’ve got the hype. We’ve got the supply. Steve Jobs is already dead. There’s no hurricanes threatening NYC. We just need an announcement and the only thing that could be postponing it is software. I bet the N5 gets an update right out of the box fixing some unknown issue. There’s no doubt in my mind this will technically release with 4.4.1.

    • Liderc

I also feel like this is the problem. Or maybe they’re trying to make sure everyone doesn’t run out like last time? Would make sense because of the N4′s stock problems.

    • M3D1T8R

Sounds like a reasonable explanation. I’m hoping it’s just because they’re waiting for a Halloween announcement and “Available TOMORROW November 1″. Instead of vague wait between announcement and availability.

  • ChrisI

I’m very pleased that the red paper shows my home address on it. Good thing I pre-ordered this bad boy.

  • GreeKNastY

so will this only work on tmobile? looks like its time for me to leave vzw!!

    • Steve B

      And AT&T…

  • Alan Fortte

I’d buy the whole damn warehouse if I was Charlie Sheen.

    • Chris

The charlie sheen deal is old now.

Plus didn’t he spend most of his money on drugs?

      • Alan Fortte

Prozzies but I’d rather have a warehouse full of Nexus’s (Nexi) than naked sluts. It would be nice to have 1 or 2.

  • Tom Smith

Can someone please tell me if this will be released at the same time in the UK if not how long will I have to wait thanks.

  • Ian Smith

this is hilarious. we are all just little kids at heart aren’t we

    • AbbyZFresh

      No, its called passion.

      • Chris

if you have a passion over a cell phone thats gonna be outdated in a month or two then you need help

        • Addison

Seriously, man. Why are you so pissy? Did a giant Nexus 5 sneak into your room late at night during your blissful slumber and have its way with you?

  • Joseph Barrientos

i think a swan dive into the boxes is a painful must!

  • ninjawarren

I’m going on my honeymoon on the 12th, I’m just hoping to get this in my hands by then.

    • Skittlez

i doubt it to be honest

  • Craig P

This makes me wonder, what were the most leaked smartphones in history?

    • RhinoShock

The nexus 4 was ‘reviewed’ before it was announced

    • Chris

the iPhone 4 that got lost in the bar.

  • Guy Meatdrapes

You know where to ship them google….

    • Steve B

      This never gets old.

  • Guest

After seeing this post a ghost broke into my office and left ectoplasm everywhere

  • Ryan B

I wanted to buy a nexus so bad, I just bought a nexus 7.

    • mcdonsco

      Noticed touchscreen issues yet?

  • http://www.mecha-digital.com/ Jason@MechaDigital

In other words, they have a 10 minute supply.

    • SkylaC90

more like 10 seconds. The 2nd they open up orders/preorders those 30,000 phones will be gone.

    • grumpyfuzz

This is for the Canadians, so I think the US would have (hopefully) a lot more.

  • Tyler Casilio

Anyone else think the Blue on the box is super……….blue?

    • Gnex

      Almost looks like #33b5e5

#HOLOYOLO DID YOU EVEN 440 ROOT IT YET

      • Chris Schmucker

r/androidcirclejerk is spilling over again….im ok with this #PRAISEDUARTE

  • valapsp

    how about stealing the warehouse?

    • Mayoo

      I don’t want a warehouse, I want a Nexus 5 …

    • Gnex

This just in, Indian thieves have stolen 20,000 Nexus 5s.

      • Chris

        *mexican

        or wait thats racist too…

        /s

        • Gnex

I was referring to this story, you numbnut.

          androidpolice.com/2013/10/25/thieves-in-indiana-steal-more-than-20000-lg-g2-smartphones-presumably-to-build-the-worlds-most-expensive-toy-fort/

          • Jason Brown

maybe indiana thieves would have been better. lol. but i got your reference.

          • Gnex

            lol Fixed. Thanks.

      • Droid 1967

yeah i heard that those bastards…….hey anyone want to buy a nexus 5 i got a few. :)

  • Bill Anderson

Maybe Google is trying to do a bit better in it’s reveals. All the past events have been “Here’s the phone, here’s the OS, and it will be available soon.” Soon? Then everyone got in a tizzy. Maybe this time they will do a “Here’s the phone, here’s the OS, and it’s available now.” I would be OK with that…

  • nwd1911

Based on the first image I thought the picture was taken with the GNex, but the second picture is WAY too clear. Please Google, let me have a better camera this week.

  • Guy Pierce

I will drop Verizon and my unlimited date and move to Sprint for this. Hurry up already. Take my friggin’ money!

    • Good_Ole_Pinocchio

You’re probably the first person I’ve seen “moving to Sprint” from VZW. I’ve seeing moving to all other carriers…. Not Sprint. You’re unique

      • Chris

Sprint has unlimited data and they have gotten better over the years

        • LionStone

          Still about 2 years behind…

          • Chris

Works fine in the Portland area.

          • Liderc

Well, sadly we don’t all live in the Portland area.

Think outside your own head much?

      • Guy Pierce

I know the network is not there just yet but it will be and they are guaranteeing unlimited for life. So sure I won’t have LTE for a while. But at least I will have an awesome phone compared to my constantly hot and no battery life GNEX.

    • Steve B

Sprint is the last network you should switch to.

      • Guy Pierce

I know it is. I was just explaining how bad I want this phone and the lengths is which I’m willing to go to get it. (WCS)

Sprint? Because they don’t have LTE?

        • Steve B

Sprint because their network is crap and their version of the Nexus 5 will have delayed updates just like a Verizon version would. Get away from CDMA, it’s old dying tech.

The only Nexus you should ever buy is a GSM unlocked version, straight from Google Play.

          • Guy Pierce

Well I would ROM it so I could get the updates whenever. Just like my GNEX on Verizon. I had the same issue there as far as updates go. Do you think the network will every be like Verizon? And if it is old tech then why does Verizon have the best network running CDMA?

          • Steve B

Verizon is going to kill their CDMA network soon when they have their VoLTE network running reliably.

Edit: VoLTE should start rolling out in 2014, but Verizon will probably keep their cdma network active for quite some time.

          • Guy Pierce

They will probably force me out of unlimited when that switch happens! “It’s a new plan and required”.

  • Nayners

My browser tabs – Play store devices, Google Wallet, Google Alerts (nexus 5). My wallet is ready.

    • rthvk

      Your Google Wallet, you mean

      • Chris

        no

  • Matthew DiGiacomo

    “Allegedly”

  • Malik

I love how “Nexus-Watch 2013″ has taken over all of these Android blogs and these stories are the only posts people really care about. Google should be proud of how the Nexus brand has grown, despite not having the mass market awareness of an iPhone, or Galaxy line

With that being said, Google, this is no longer funny. I’m giving you 24hrs to announce this thing or else…. Or else I’ll just have to keep waiting :(

    • Gr8Ray

      Don’t tell Ron.

      • Chris

wah wah wah someone said something I didn’t like….

        get over it.

      • 4g63mark

Ron and I are on the same page. This phone is only for a niche market, and isn’t pushing the envelope the way the Nexus 1 did. I’ll just buy a G2 and slap on some CM10.2. Or buy any number of the 4 different Motorola phones that all run stock Android with superior design and build quality

        • MK17

          LG G2 $575
          Nexus 5 $350

          …enough said.

          • 4g63mark

Nexus 5 32GB $449. No contract discount. However T-Mobile will be the only carrier offering a payment option. (Hopefully your one of the few that gets good T-Mobile service. Lol.)

LG G2 32GB $549. Offered in store at every major carrier at contract discounted prices. Currently $49. No need to leave Verizon or Sprint to use it. It has a bigger screen and better camera. (Both front and back camera)

            ………Enough said

          • nvitone23

Locked into a 2 year contract on the most money hungry & locked up carrier where you will be lucky if you see the latest version of Android 4 months later…..enough said

          • 4g63mark

If you want to keep your device completely stock, chances are good that your not trying to buy a Nexus. If you like AOSP XDA is LOADED with ROM’s and nightly support for superior builds of Android. No need to wait around for Google to release their updates, because the developers do better work in a more timely manner……… Enough said

    • Chris

The average joe still doesn’t know what a “nexus” is and might think its a miss spelling if lexus , the luxury car brand or nexus shampoo.

      • Steve B

You’re an idiot. You’ve proven it with your moronic posts this evening.

      • Malik

You’re right, it’s a good thing I mentioned that in my comment. Check it out when you get a chance…

      • Liderc

        lolol, “the luxury car brand.”

At least we know you have no taste rofl. Lexus a luxury car, it’s a glorified Toyota Corolla.

        • http://www.facebook.com/aarontrevor Aaron Sentell

Lol, wut? That’s not even close to accurate.

      • Joseph Pojunis

I’ll have you know that I DO know what a Nexus is, and love them very much.

      • 4g63mark

I agree. This phone is only for a small subculture

  • Ray Gray

Sweat Baby Jesus this looks like heaven!

  • SplashMTN

As long as this is released by Nov 25th then I’ll be fine, but it’d be nice to see some in-depth reviews before I buy it (really want to see how the camera performs with OIS, among other thngs).

    • Bill Anderson

Yup. I’ve got Verizon handcuffs on until 12/15…

      • rthvk

Well you probably don’t want to be getting the N5 in that case.

      • SplashMTN

At first I was worried about losing my unlimited data, but last month I only used 300 mb because I’m on wifi at home and at work – I have to be to get my Gnex to last through the day. I’m looking forward to finally having a true nexus experience and being done with Verizon.

        • Bill Anderson

I agree. I plan on starting T-Mo service 12/1 with a new number, then transfer my GNex Verizon number to Google Voice when that contract ends. And then Have a well deserved beer for putting up with Verizon for 2 years.

          • Droidzilla

If you’re on unlimited, for the love please sell your plan. No ETF and you can make like $200. Verizon fleeced you for years; least you can do is return the favour.

          • nvitone23

what if i am on a family plan with unlimited…can i sell just my line?

          • Droidzilla

You certainly can. Check out lines for sale on Howard forums, cell phone forums, and eBay. Also, Google “Assumption of Liability”. Let me know if you have questions; I’ve cut my bill down to 2/3 of what I paid Verizon going with T-Mo (even less if I go Straight Talk) and my family is now all Nexus. Not for everyone, but if you get good coverage with AT&T or T-Mo in your area it’s very nice to leave Verizon.

          • nvitone23

Thank you! I’m also going to T-Mobile and cutting my bill from $240 (after taxes) to $144 (before taxes). My family will too be all Nexus with my brother and myself both getting the Nexus 5 and my parents getting the Nexus 4 since they really don’t care much.

          • Droidzilla

Nexus 4 is a killer phone; best Android device I’ve used yet. You’ll have to get it used, though, since Google doesn’t sell them anymore (unless they continue to sell them when they release the 5). Honestly, if my wife didn’t break one of our Nexus 4s I wouldn’t be in the market for a Nexus 5; I’d wait for the next iteration. The 4 really is that good.

          • nvitone23

Yea. Either gonna get it used or maybe new if they continue the 4. Depending on the cost. Gonna check out those websites now. Thanks!

          • nvitone23

Oh and when do I go about selling the line? I don’t wanna be paying 2 bills at once for that first month.

          • Bill Anderson

I had no idea this was possible… Thank you.

Hey DL, would you mind warning us when you’re going to post porn? Some of us are at work.

    • http://www.droid-life.com Kellex B

      Noted. :P

    • Tom Luley

I think this may be my favorite post this year. I am on Verizon and still love all the posts. Well said.

    • Adamania

      NSFW!

Did the FCC shutdown really screw this up? We saw the phone cruise through, but maybe there was a change and it’s holding things up? There has to be something going on, right? Why the wait. COME ON, GOOGLE.

    • jbdan

      Tease!

    • cheese

      I’m pretty sure it’s a supply issue?

I mean, there are parts in the phone (like the compass sensor) that just came out (the datasheet is timestamped for 10/2013)

      http://www.akm.com/akm/en/file/datasheet/AK8963.pdf

the original rumor for release was October 31, so maybe it’s not even a delay?

      • http://techonblogger.ward.pro/ Stynkfysh

That and it just makes sense to launch an OS named after a popular Halloween candy on Halloween.

    • thedonxr

Verizon Nexus had to be approved by FCC! Trololololololol

      • http://www.mecha-digital.com/ Jason@MechaDigital

        Don’t mess with me, man!!

    • joejoe5709

No evidence, but it’s gotta be Kit Kat.

    • Droid 1967

its global warming. all the kit kats melted. they had to make all new ones and refrigerate!

    • michael arazan

A couple weeks back Robin Meade’s show on HLN said the shutdown might be delaying Google because the FCC was shutdown, she didn’t specify a device name though

  • Shamu

How many irrelevant events does it take to get to the actual event???

    • Nexus_FrEak

Never thought I’d get to use this!

  • Chris

Lucky Bastard!!! Wish I was in that room!

  • Colton

it would be a shame…if one were to…. “go missing” tonight… brb ;-)

  • JZ

Honestly, I’d rather wait and then have them announce the phone with it available for purchase immediately, rather than have to wait after an announcement. That being said, JUST RELEASE IT ALREADY!

  • Ben Murphy

    Worst kept secret. Ever.

    • zurginator

Not quite as bad as the N4 lol.

      • http://www.droid-life.com Kellex B

        Quickly approaching that level heh.

    • http://www.mecha-digital.com/ Jason@MechaDigital

Or, most blatant leak job ever? You decide.

    • Liderc

Average person doesn’t know a thing about the Nexus 5 though, so the people they want to reach with their advertising will still be surprised. And it keeps us happy because we get the leaks.

Smart when you think about it.

      • Ben Murphy

I beg to differ. A girl walked up to me at work today (def. NOT a techie) and asked if I was getting the Nexus 5. That was more shocking to me than Miley Cyrus at a strip club.

  • jbdan

    Almost here! Nerd heaven indeed

  • samosa king

Conspiracy: Google is purposely leaking this because they want us to torture and droll bucket loads.

  • RhinoShock

    :(

  • Jolly Macwan

    wow nerd heaven :)

  • David

All those poor Nexus’s. Trapped in their little boxes. I’d love to adopt one :’)

    • master94

      Why adopt just one?

      • ReturnOfTheMack

I want two pina colada’s, one for each hand.

  • Fahad Beg

    GOOGLE JUST HURRY UP. GAWD

  • samosa king

For heaven’s sake! Google announce it already!

    • Adrynalyne
      • Justin W

I don’t even… I got the date and the time but have no clue what to do from there lol.

        • Adrynalyne

I got 9 downvotes for a single URL.

          People are idiots.

Oh and I don’t think there is much more to do other than that. Calculator maybe, LOL.

          • T4rd

            I doodled in Paint! Hah

            But yeah, 10 downvotes.. lolwtf.

          • Adrynalyne

            LOL.
