I’m stuck with a stock looking touchwiz rom (which isn’t so bad anymore) on my Note 2 because of multi window. A lot of people say it’s just a gimmick, but it makes many tasks so much easier and faster. I’d love to be able to have this feature on AOSP.

Maybe its finally time to merge ChromeOS and Android’s features. Sure its nice having HTML5 apps, but ChromeOS needs some native apps and Android has plenty of them. Also stock Android is lacking mutliwindow support where as ChromeOS has it, and seeing that Ubuntu Touch, Samsung and others are adding this on their tablets its about time stock Android does.

I’m happy to see chromebooks starting to take off. Having said that, I’m still bummed they decided the final version of chrome OS was to be stripped down. The original (well, after the one based on firefox) was much more robust.

Obviously, we’re going to see something about this at I/O. What I want to know about, though, is the Chrome Android statue at the Googleplex. Are they going to try and combine the two OS’s or at least the app stores?
