If you are using the camera/gallery app (gallerygoogle.apk) from the G-apps you flashed with CM then the feature will not be there. The easiest way to get it is to move or delete gallerygoogle.apk from /system/app before updating CM and after you will see CM’s camera/gallery app in it’s place (gallery2.apk).

Go to system/apps, delete googlegallery.apk, and then flash the ROM again to get the HDR stuff, but you’ll lose sync.
