Considering that Android has the same amount of apps (or more) than the fruit-that-shall-not-be-named, I don’t think that’s an issue. Besides, Android apps are scalable (devs can design apps to show different controls/views for different screensizes), which, if I recall correctly, iOS platform can’t do. For example, the Speedtest.net app for Android does this exact same thing – it’s set up for a 3.5″ screen because they just ported it over from iOS, while any other port is able to scale to significantly larger proportions.

Nexus 7 was very difficult to find in every tech shops in the UK when I bought mine on October until the end of 2012, it is very popular! I love its screen compare to iPad mini which i tried at their store and when 4.2.2 came it became much more fluid than my mate’s iPad 4. And I never saw a single Nexus 10 until now.

Speaking of the 4.2.2 update, I just applied mine last night, and I am loving it. This is what 4.2 should have been from the start. It seems even more buttery if that is possible. When swiping between my screens with 15 widgets in total it never stutters at all. It used to catch and lag and stutter every once in a while for me after the 4.2.1 update. It also seems to be using less power somehow. I bring mine to work with me everyday and normally it would already be down to 85% by now and it is still at 96%, that is almost unbelievably better.

Sales are so high because everybody had to buy two… because they dropped theirs. Crazy that the screen cost as much as the Nexus 7 itself, kind of annoyed about that, other wize I love it and now I keep it out of my wifes hands
