I called Vzw since I’ve had my note 2 for less then 2 weeks and they felt so bad there are sending me an free otterbox case. Still not $100. But when you consider a $30 restocking fee. $59.99 case isn’t half bad for not having to send my phone back.

^ even if you open it I recently returned my DNA
after using it for a week and was charged the restocking fee $35
which was waived afterwards
