they probably told verizon this closes the current root method and bootloader making it harder to hack so verizon was like hell yeah we will put this out right away because we love making it difficult for people to hack their phones.

It’s not close enough to stock for my tastes. I don’t like the colorful icons in settings or the use of fluorescent green in the notification shade. Or the notification icons.

Verizon is only slow on os updates. They have always been very fast for security patches, because of the potential harm to a customer phone or security. Now if they would only give a sh$t about os updates.
