Time to list out some of those sweet Google Play sales in one convenient post. Today, we have a few titles that are notable, with EA Games hosting the majority of the steals. Thanks to the app AppSales, you too can stay on top of all the deals taking place in Google Play. Do it.

Get ’em while they’re hot!

When will monopoly work with the nexus 10. SMH for EA and none if their board games being compatible.

  • EvanTheGamer

I went ahead and purchased Police Scanner Radio Pro just for kicks. $.99 ain’t bad for a decent app.

Is anyone actually seeing Monopoly for 2.99? Showing up as 4.99 over here…

    • Same here. That’s EA for you

  • TheDrizzle

App Sales is my new favorite app 🙂

    • Samesies.

      Same here! Great app.

In regard to the scanner, more and more Depts are using encrypted traffic all the time. I don’t see value in something like this long term. Or even the short term.

    • TheDrizzle

Even if there is a small chance that it works, it seems worth it. Not that you should speed everywhere, but it could be useful if you happen to be speeding and see it go off. Although I know nothing about these kind of apps.

      • Hunter

You seem to be confusing this app with a radar detector

        • TheDrizzle

Ah yes, you are correct sir. Please disregard that comment. Please.

          • Hunter

            Its no problem 🙂

    • TweetrGuy

In Scanner Radio’s case the feeds are provided by people who have actual hardware scanners and are just streaming that to sites like RadioReference.com, So there is value, you’re paying $0.99 to listen to something while someone else paid the hundered’s of dollars for the hardware.

  • How does Police Scanner Radio rate against “Scanner Radio”? I’m assuming both are very similar but I really like the Scanner Radio app.

Am I the only one skeptical over internet police scanners?

    • What’s there to be skeptic of? Sure, I wouldn’t plan a bank robbery around them, but they’re neat nonetheless.

    • I use Scanner Radio when I’m sick of sports talk and it works pretty well. I don’t have a real scanner to compare it to but I get to hear a lot of chatter

    • I’m not sure why you would be. I’m a firefighter/paramedic and aside from the brief delay in most so a great job. All they do is multicast a radio frequency over ip.
