Not really — they have a completely different industrial design. The only thing “Nintendo” about it is the D-pad, but I think even that has enough variation to avoid a suit.

Only in the sense that it’s white — which the Wii didn’t invent. The industrial design is completely different.

I personally don’t get it. Its like free advertisement. Its not like they’re giving the game away on the device to where the dev should get royalties. at the least people would say” hey that game looks cool, what is that” , I just don’t get it.
