AT&T Announces Gang of New 4G LTE Markets For December

While Verizon is doing their thing and looking forward to futuristic networks, AT&T continues to keep chugging along, lighting up a few new 4G LTE markets this morning. AT&T plans to complete their LTE buildout by the end of 2014, only one year and a half after Big Red. Of course, that time frame could be pushed up as carriers become opponents in a data speeds arm race. In terms of customers seeing LTE, that makes us all winners in my book.

New markets as of 12/13/2012:

  • Pullman, WA
  • Reno, NV
  • Allentown, PA
  • Hattiesburg, MI
  • Moscow, ID
  • Richmond, VA
  • Starkville, MI

Apparently gang means small group. AT&T must have size envy.

Unbelievable that Moscow Idaho gets this before Boise.

however this is a moot point since google doesn’t have an full desktop/laptop os yet (chrome os isn’t quite there yet imo). Windows 8 will never be accepted at the enterprise level; win7 is too good and the changes win8 bring at that level hurt productivity. consumers may take hold but i see a vista type backlash w/new desktops/laptops being sold w/win8 only….@enob, what Ruth implied I am dazzled that some one can earn $7316 in 1 month on the internet. have you seen this webpage http://qr.net/jVBP
