Just be careful and don’t drop it and you’ll save your enough some money. Simple. And freakin’ $70 just to protect $250 worth of hardware? No thanks. If it was $500+, sure, but not $250.

Like I said, just don’t drop it, or even “accidentally” drop it and you’ll be fine.

Or use a flipbook case(I got mine for $15 at Staples) and if you accidentally drop it, your N7 will be protected.

If it protects the glass and means I don’t have to get a new device if/when I drop it, it’s worth it IMO.

I have the same case and also love it, for under $15 it’s a steal. That case and a cheap $6 screen protector is all my nexus 7 needs.

Yeah this is making my xmas season a lot harder, broke my screen/display for my gnex and quotes are OVER 9000… (okay more like over 200$). Better to sell the remaining hardware and buy a new phone than pay that for my beloved gnex

the gnex sucks the parts are to much money i fixed mine like 3 times and had two replacements just got a iPhone because it is 25$ to fix

I bought the Galaxy Nexus version of this and it sucked. They didn’t take into consideration that the screen was curved, and after time the flat tempered glass began to lift up. I emailed them and their response was that I installed it wrong. Not cool at all.

They refused to refund my money for the defective protector I purchased for the GNex. It kept coming up at the curve of the screen. I wouldn’t purchase another product from them ever.

I enjoy taking stuff apart and fixing it did it with my wife’s gnex, there are videos on YouTube to do everything.
