Motorola XOOM 4G LTE Just $199 Through Daily Deals

If you aren’t in the market for the newest and greatest, then this sale on Daily Deals for the Motorola XOOM may be just for you. For a few more hours, you can pick up the original Android tablet, with Verizon’s 4G LTE built-in, for just $200. Compared to how much these were sold for when they first came out, this is a pretty awesome deal. The tablets are factory re-furbished, so are by no means “new.”

This would be a good alternative for someone who wants something bigger than the Nexus 7, plus can throw it on your wireless plan.

Cheers Luke and Daniel!

  • Don’t buy the XOOM until you see all the negative comments on the web about how it doesn’t charge after using it. Mine stopped working after 5 times….Motorolla told me it would cost a minimum of $149.00 to fix. What a RIPOFF!

Where can I find custom roms (hopefully android 4.2) for the xoom lte?

They had the same sale a couple of months ago and I picked one up. It’s a refurb but it works well. Can’t get much better in that size for $199.

I got my Xoom from 1saleaday about 6 months ago, and I use it more than my Acer A700. $200 is still a pretty good deal for what you get.

Its 2 years old but still a pretty nice tablet, especially since its upgradable to JB. It also has HDMI and a microSD slot.

This is a pretty good deal. It’s still considered a Google device, so you can unlock it and throw a custom ROM on there. I currently have CodenameAndroid on there with JellyBean and it runs really smooth. And $200 is pretty good for a 10″, 4G tablet.

    • You have a link for that ROM? Ever single AOKP dropped support for the stingray I’ve been languishing on ICS which feels like ancient history now.

Team EOS 4.1.2 runs silky smooth, you might that a go.

CodenameAndroid Xoom 4G – the last ROM that he compiled for the Xoom was based off of 4.1.1, but it still runs really smooth. He updated other devices to 3.8.0 (based off of 4.1.2).
