Yes, for an upgrade is $149. However, I have been trying to purchase one all day only for amazon to come back and say they can’t get a hold of verizon to verifie upgrade status, try again later. I’m starting to think verizon isn’t too keen on amazon selleing the same phone cheaper than them.

But don’t you still have to pay an ‘activation fee’ when you buy from retailers instead of the Carrier? So an extra $40 or so dollars.
