don’t ever judge a book by its cover I have that picture because it’s a picture of myself I use to weight 298 pounds and last year I made a promise to myself loose weight and here I am now my weight is 172 and I’m in good shape u speak and judge someone you might want to ask the question why did they do it?

I hear you. I also have a Thunderbolt, and the only reason I’m running ICS right now is because I installed it myself. That’s the thing, though: you’ll at least have the option to customize to your liking if you get impatient with HTC/VZW. I’m very happy I did, and I’m seriously considering this phone for my next upgrade.

I couldn’t care less about the way it looks. It’s a PHONE not a tuxedo…besides, what more can you do with the looks of a flat rectangle that hasn’t been done already?

The J Butterfly has a microSD slot and is waterproof…of course that doesn’t mean Verizon’s version will have these features though.

And you know the updates on this will be sooo sloooow, HTC updates are bad enough then vzw on top of it, you’ll be lucky to get 1 update in a year. Aamazing phone, I’m happy HTC 2012 is finally moving in the right direction with the one series and this phone is apart of the one series., first time I’ve ever wanted an HTC phone.

My hate for manufacturers including them is based in the use of a menu button there, which Google is trying to dispense. Now that I have seen clearer pictures and see there is a recent apps, but not menu button, I’m ok. Manufacturers and major third party app developers (Facebook, twitter) not developing for the current implementation of the menu button is a pet peeve of mine, like intentionally building devices that cannot update past at or below 2.3.

HTC rezound has that and cm9
