Very cool. I figured a mouse might be nice sometimes but mostly wouldn’t care about reaching up to touch the screen. Using a Magic Trackpad with multitouch that translates sounds pretty sick though.

You can use multiple accounts in the market, but only apps from one market at a time. Unfortunately if you download apps to their devices via your account, they’ll have to stay in that account indefinitely or start over like normal. At least to get the updates anyhow (which are necessary, more often than not). They also have control of your content as well which can be kind of scary. Doing so also means you have your gmail synced with their devices. Depending on what you send in your emails, that could also be a scary prosect …

I still just don’t see a need or even a want for a tablet in my life at this time. My phone screen is big enough to view full non mobile websites with ease. My laptop is infinitely more useful. My desktop is there for gaming and photoshop. Tablet for me just represents a bigger version of my phone without unlimited data. It is the same problem I had with the iPad, and it has only gotten worse as phone have become more powerful and come with larger screens. Maybe I can see why an iPhone user might want one in that respect.

I’d say yes. I own an HP TouchPad with CM9 and a B&N Nook Color with CM9.

I count them both as Android tablets. With a little work, of course.

Going to pick up a 32GB Nexus 7 when it drops. Can’t wait.

If and when there is a Nexus 10 I will get an android tablet… if they wait too long I might consider a Surface if its priced right.

Toshiba Thrive. Very nice and enjoyable. Although I have essentially sacrificed it to my fiance to distract her so that I can play around on my phone when we are hanging out.
