If I did actually see someone walking along and checking their watch to see who was calling them rather than reaching into their pocket for their phone (*gasp* something that requires slightly more effort than breathing!), I would feel obligated to smack the sh*t out of them. Possibly with a two-by-four.
“What time is it?”
“I have no idea, I was looking to see who was calling me.”
“Isn’t your phone in your pocket/case?”
“Yeah, but who has time to reach into their pocket? yolo durrr”

There have been a few attempts, but all of the ones that I have seen have looked hideous and uncomfortable to wear. I want something as nice as my Citizen watch with a small screen in that back that can show Caller-ID and hit a button to Reject calls and to read text messages and maybe even send a canned (Yes/No/I’ll get back to you later) response. Is that so much to ask?

Or will it be a standalone device not needing tethering to another device, might as well because we’ll be paying for it) and lastly all of you can see, please tell me you really can see how dorky you’ll look in public trying to view the world thru that open glass, C’mon, first saying that … Google glass is one thing, but this …. you get it, you know you do. It’s just as bad as using Layer on your mobile, that fad lasted less than 2 seconds on me with my OG.
