I would love to use Google music but I can’t because listening to about an hr of it consumes 2gb of data I pay 90$ a month for 6gb so essentially I can only listen to 3 hrs before demolishing my cap and paying through the ass for overages. That’s justmuaic not including photo and video upload and download. These caps are crippling my experience!

You can use foxfi phone doesnt need to be rooted as well as other options for tethering

i was in the middle of a hurricane, no power for a week, but i was able to get cell signal. i normally stay under 2G, but i had no choice but to tether to my n7 to get info on the storm. i went well over. but at least im still unlimited. im planning on burning more simply because i can,,,

How does it directly affect you? The users that use over 100gb are in the minority here and 4G LTE speeds are still shockingly fast so I really don’t see the correlation here. Verizon’s network was built for one reason and that is to MAKE money, they decided to make shared plans to improve their profits by charging absurd prices for data and covering it up by trying to make it look like a good deal.

im at 8gb and still have 2 weeks to go, i use foxfi sometimes for my tablet, use netflix and cackle, and i used 2gb from speed test app doing speed tests for an hr straight since they turned lte on in my city hehe

Well, I was also out of town for business (read: away from home and work Wi-Fi) for about a week during that time. It’s amazing how much data you can burn through in that time.

i see. i thought you might travel a lot and streamed a lot of content or used your phone as a mobile wifi for a tablet to stream. backgraound data sync, interesting. thanks for replying.
