does this game include refs or are they locked out still, maybe you have to pay to upgrade and get real refs

For free, no kidding??!!! Wow, that is amazi…….oh wait…this is the real world, and the game isn’t actually free, and all of the desirable features are removed, ransomed, and sold back to you at outrageous, greedy prices. And the game is rigged, putting you into the spot where you either waste money, and spend more than the game could ever be worth on in-app purchases, or there is no fun or enjoyement to be had.

After the freemium disease took hold of the Android Market, Gameloft became one of the worst offenders at selling freemium garbage. Gameloft and Glu Mobile are currently the reigning champs at manipulating the user through horribly rigged games, that are “free”, or in the disturbing case of Gameloft, they actually have the nerve to charge up front prices for freemium crippled games. Their “Dark Knight Rises” crapfest of a game, is actually $7.99, and they have the insane audacity, to still have rigged freemium in-app purchases inside the game, another pathetic money-grubbing company, who find it ethically okay to charge for what should be free to begin with, since it’s still a crappy freemium pile of feces.

And to top it all off, in the case of “The Dark Knight Rises”, and I’m sure many more, they don’t even have the decency to mention in the game description, that when you pay that $7.99 price tag, you are still buying a game that has in-app purchases and is rigged. Gee, I wonder how that fact slipped their mind’s when they were writing up the description? Could it be that no one in their right mind would pay $8 for a game that is riddled with in-app purchases, and it should have been free from the start? No, I’m sure that’s not the case, they are such an honest company.

Agreed. I would rather pay $5 bucks for a game then have them rape me just for trying to play the game. Most of them are nearly unplayable without spending money, especially the time-based games. Wait 3 hours… or spend $3 and you can use your turn now! Really?!? Even crazier is that they aren’t asking for like like 25 cents , they wind up wanting like $10+ to purchase a lot of whatever currency they are slanging. Google needs to do something about this, or at least have a disclaimer before you download that it is an IAP-style of game so I can promptly skip it.

I refuse to buy parts of a game. I’ll buy addons, but not plays or upgrades. If you want to sell me a game great, but don’t make me pay for in game money or other crap.
Ya the Freemium model must still work for them, I won’t do it so someone must be or else they would quit….

well it’s “freemium” yes you get to play for free, but if it’s anything like the 2012 version it’s frustrating that you must buy routes, player upgrades etc. It was almost unusable for me unless I wanted to spend money on the game.
