Nope, don’t see it anywhere. Also, if this were true, it would be completely useful for your average smartphone user. It would need to show up in the Downloads “app” for it to be truly useful. That’s what I could expect, and it’s not doing that.

You actually can, when you save something offline it gets stored in the “Android” folder on your SD card

Yeah you can. They just renamed it “Make available offline” – then it downloads it in some obscure folder on your sd card/partition

Manually. You can’t download files from Drive to your phone.
