Will people please stop calling them hard or physical buttons. They are soft keys.

Hard buttons are physical buttons that can be pressed down. Soft keys are buttons/keys that are activated by touch.

BTW I like the UI buttons too.

not the bloatware but i like how touchwiz incorporates things like a (better) video player,file manager,(better)music player imo, and cool motion features like slide to call or turn over to mute, awesome for morning alarms and which i see the aokp team just incorporated in JB aokp.they seem to like tw features too). yea i know u can go in the play store but i like it to be built in it makes its more consistent. i just wish the s3 had onscreen buttons also the “s” software is not that bad. s voice was pretty good but google now wins hands down. honestly i switched from aokp jb nightlies cuz i got bored of stock

No innovation at all?! Which smartphone maker was first to come to market with a chat cam, full GHz processor, 4G, dual core WITH 4G LTE, 720p ‘true’ HD display, a screen bigger than the then-standard 3+” size, and no? HTC. And now it seems to be first to also release a phone with a 1080p display. In terms of technology, every other smartphone manufacturer is following HTC’s lead.

I have been waiting and waiting for this device. It’s the only reason I didn’t jump ship for the original G’Note and now the Note 2. Ever since I played with the G’Note I just couldn’t see myself getting a phone smaller than 5″. Plus it’s a quad core with 1080p!!!

The physical buttons are odd, given that the excuse for the lack of full 1920* resolution was said to be the soft buttons. Hopefully it ships with Jelly Bean.

Looks like the incredible… along with 50 other HTC phones. HTC wonders why they aren’t the leading Android manufacturer anymore and this is part of the reason. Reusing old designs, no innovation at all. Ugh
