I agree. EoL devices arent making anyone money…..but they can build brand loyalty. My first smartphone(after i smashed my POS BB Storm2) was a USED Droid X.

Many people buy used devices, and if they like them guess what? They’re more likely to buy that brand again.

Even with S-On you can still flash kernals and radios, which is something people were afraid they would lose. S-Off though gives pretty much complete control of the phone.

That is one of the main things. Also with S-Off, you don’t have to find a new root method every time HTC updates the software.

Well, considering it’s backordered on Amazon, I highly doubt it’s just 6 people.

Motorola + unlocked boot-loader is a pretty major selling point, wish it was on Vzw though. >.>

For command prompt, you have to right click and select mark, highlight the text, and simply right click again.

ASSOC Displays or modifies file extension associations.
ATTRIB Displays or changes file attributes.
BREAK Sets or clears extended CTRL+C checking.
BCDEDIT Sets properties in boot database to control boot loading.
CACLS Displays or modifies access control lists (ACLs) of files.
CALL Calls one batch program from another.
CD Displays the name of or changes the current directory.
