Some people opt to not use a smartphone, and instead use a regular phone and then a data enabled tablet. (Only reason I can come up with).

if i have a phone on vzw with grandfathered unlimited data, can i transfer that line to a tablet and still keep my grandfathered unlimited status?

So, you get a 4G Nexus 7 for 249 as long as you have a smartphone without a $10 fee, now why would people buy a 4G tablet? (Besides the fact that Verizon doesn’t like spreading this info to the average consumer.)

I was referring to the fact that the Pricing on this has nothing do with with the NExus 7 since it was already priced as low as the nexus 7 before the N7 was even announced.
