quite untrue… i held off on the original update to G+ because it removed the ‘Incoming’ stream… valuable changelogs are valuable.

what happens when an app updates and breaks compatibility with your phone? are you gonna update and just abandon the app forever? bet you would make an educated decision on updating then

Because in the future when our new Galactic Overlords force us all to get our nutrition by swallowing highly concentrated nutrient pills it will be nice to look back on “the good ol’ days” and have archives of when food was food. Duh…

I’d say they’re really important. Maybe you have a new device and an app isn’t compatible at the moment, in the sense that you can install it but it just crashes when you open it. A changelog could let you know the developer has fixed the issue and you can try installing again. It’s also useful to know if there are any new features or if an important feature has had an important change in the way it works. Those are just two examples of why you might want to see a changelog.
