Okay, so I unlocked/rooted my Nexus 7, installed a few apps, and then went on to update to Android 4.1.1.

But when the Google logo popped up after it rebooted, it’s just stuck there now, at the Google logo. Anyone have any idea why it’s stuck there?

It is beyond stupid, but Apple “owns” not just the method of unified search, but the VERY IDEA of it.

I thought it was going to be a work around so they don’t have to do dumb it down. Besides if people don’t download it, apple can’t win.

Basically Apple doesn’t like the fact that can look through and search for apps, music, etc. on an android device.

hehe…when I went to the Store, I didn’t even think about…I just started pushing buttons…Just do it…this is one of the few devices that looks like you can’t go wrong. Google and ASus absolutely killed the 7″ market…it’s gonna make the Kindle Fire look like a bad deal!

It can’t search the local phone as part of the unified search.

Oh right, experimental reasons, gotcha! Nice. Yeah, I’ve heard nothing but great things about Jelly Bean. I’ve also read nothing but great things about Jelly Bean.
