Then let the call through but with a message that says &quot;You have an incoming anonymous call from [play recording].  Press 1 to answer this call, press 9 to send it immediately to voice mail or hangup to treat this as a normal missed call.&quot;


If it is sent to voice mail the same type of prompt would play when you retrieve the voice mail:
