Motorola is just a horrible company with the phones they come out with. I just don’t understand why is it so hard and long to give ICE update to the customers that paid a lot of money.

A guy over at Engadget said he pulled his battery reviews his phone then received ICS for his Rezound. He posted the picture on his Facebook I saved the picture to my phone.

or….. maybe, just maybe, android could make it possible (without root) to install and use VPN software, such as Cisco’s AnyConnect client… Don’t have apple, don’t like apple, but, at least the IOS does not require jailbreak to use the anyconnect client, one of the primary reason I was forced to root my razr… stupid time… but, I’ll still take android, and look forward to ICS…

Every Motorola device I’ve owned it always takes 6 months to get the update after google releases it. Why would it change now? I said it before and I’ll say it again, It won’t be until June when Moto has an ICS update.

They cant tell you the date because when they invariably fail to meet their own deadline, people will get even more angry. It’s best to just say “Soon” or nothing at all. Even saying “Q1 2012″ is bad because people expect it in that quarter. It took HTC like an entire quarter to update a bug on the Thunderbolt where the VM notification wouldnt show up. I wouldnt get my hopes up for getting ICS on HTC or Moto devices before Summer.

Not quite. I had issues with my thunderbolt. Being that I had to send the old hardware back, I got a shipping label to send it back. It had a portion that I kept to be able to track it. The ONLY time I did not have anything to prove that I had sent something back, was when the device was swapped out at the actual store (not their normal policy, but I know the manager, and I’d been through a few replacements)

that I know is not the case. I went through 7 thunderbolts when they came out with that software that caused the random reboots, had tried some roms, but still had stability issues. Finally got a tbolt that had the old software, and I made certain I didn’t update until they had the reboots fixed.
