I could be mistaken Droid Fighter is already out in China. Made by Motorola Droid RAZR Maxx HD with either 12 mp camera. Dual Core not quad core.

So you’re saying that the good thing about the Droid line was that the devices were good, but the problem with it now is that you don’t like the ads. Sure, that sounds reasonable…

How can the “brand” have ever meant anything in the first place when it was available else where the whole time? Whats the benefit of Droid branding on the Incredible, when essentially the same hardware was available as the Evo 4G, the Nexus One, etc.? There’s nothing exclusive about it, the droid tag didn’t add any features. It was just another marketing exercise for their simply competitive lineup.

Whether you like the new ads or not they don’t change what the devices are or were, and the new droids are positioned in exactly the same way the old ones were.

After the thunderbolt and the bionic I gave up. I miss the hell out of Android and flashing roms, but crappy phones pushed me away. Even after reading all the negatives on the Nexus I still went in to purchase it. But after seeing the back being held on by duct tape I just couldn’t pull the trigger. So for now I have the 4S and will sell it when something that works out the box comes along. It seems strange that the newer phones are the worst. My OG Droid and Incredible were awesome!!!
