Yes, sorry. Right now the application merely stretches the image to fill the the screen resolution. I plan to add an option in a future update to crop to the appropriate aspect ratio.

I didn’t know that the gallery could link to a Picasa album, so I don’t have a way to currently download an image. That’s is what is causing the crash in that case. I am working on a solution.

As far as the problem with wallpapers not showing up, I am not quite sure what the cause is. I am still looking into it. For now, try disabling the wallpaper (pick a static 1 image wallpaper) and then re-enable Grid Live Wallpaper. Does that cause your images to show up correctly?

Nice idea, but force closes immediately when I try to pick a photo from a Picasa album in the gallery (i.e., an album sync’d from Picasa and not stored on the phone). Ever since then, won’t display wallpapers for screens 3 and up (“missing wallpaper” even after choosing them).

OG DROID running GPA19. Had to install. Unfortunately, the amount of time it took to pick wallpapers 1 through 5 AND deal with f/c’s means that I wasn’t able to refund in time.

Try combining that effect with LauncherPro’s “flip” screen transition effect… Should be interesting.

I am sorry. Apparently many Sense 3.5 phones are experiencing similar issues. I will try to find a phone for testing as soon as possible.

It just doesn’t change between page flips. I get one wallpaper and nothing else. No crashes, just no cool animation. I might as well just have a static wallpaper.

It looks really nice! Thanks to the developers which succeeded to implement a good idea into a wonderful application. It’s a very good example of creating a qualitative application.

Go Launcher is a widely used home replacement. I’d suggest you test with it. Due to the 15 minute return window allowed by Google, I won’t buy your app unless I know for sure that it works with it.

I have not tested specifically on the Go Launcher, but the app supports up to 10 screens.
