I have the update to 2.3.4, rooted, and CWM (a little flakey since update, worked great on 2.2.2, just needs a tweak). So far everything is looking great. Great phone!

Wonderful! Now we Samsung Droid Charge owners are the ONLY ones left out in the cold on Froyo 2.2 And the Droid Charge came out MONTHS before the Revolution. Thanks Verizon!!

The Thunderbolt has 768mb ram. The LG has 512mb ram with a dedicate gpu.

I’m trading in this constantly-crashing phone for a Galaxy Nexus in a few weeks, but that doesn’t mean that I’m not excited to see this update come through. Maybe LGs amateur-looking skin will have some sort of improvement as well. Not that I use their launcher of course…

Its a very poorly put together phone. First its a brick and feels like one in your hand. Its not contoured well. The software is very slow and sluggish. Also as much as Samsung phones look like iPhones is as much as LG phones look like Samsung.
