I in addition to my guys came digesting the nice techniques located on the website and then unexpectedly I got an awful feeling I never expressed respect to the site owner for those techniques. I just can’t over this “Wal-mart attitude” of all these posters. You want a corvette but only want it at a VW price. R&D cost money, advertisement cost money, construction cost money, shipping cost money, plus they company doesn’t want to go under so they have to make some kind of profit. No one is forcing anyone to buy this product. But remember “you get what you pay for” in life.

I love new products and all but once i get the nexus prime i dont feel the need to drop $400+ on a tab when my phone is so powerful and can do everything it can. If i had extra cash….. hell ya id buy every new tech product. For now ill be waiting for PRIME TIME!!!!!!!!!!

I still haven’t decided whether I want a tablet, but I’d take a quad-core at $500 over a dual-core at $400 any day.

You are correct. The Xoom beats the iPad in every way. I guess I was just making a general point about the two OSs. You have had some pretty good devices. Hopefully you will never have to stumble across a totally horrible Android device like I did (Samsung Fascinate)..luckily my Inc2 is awesome.

Hmm.. I guess my Xoom has never had those problems, nor my Incredible (RIP) or my Charge. I guess I’ve just never stumbled into any bugs on an Android device that have been a big deal in anyway. I can’t even think of any small ones that bothered me. Waiting for updates, sure, but not really bugs.

I guess it’s true that if you’re into downloading apps like Sexy Girls or whatever, there could be some big issues on Android. Luckily, I’m not a creeper.

If there is something really great about iPad, apps or otherwise, please somebody share with me. I’ve got this thing from work and I’ve really been trying to use it but it doesn’t seem to do as much as my Xoom so I never really use it.

iProducts have a controlled eco-system. Apple makes all the decisions. This makes their products limited but somewhat dependable. If something goes wrong, it affects all iUsers usually and they fix errors pretty quickly. With Android you have to worry about getting a horrible or buggy device and then you have to wait forever for the manufacturer or carrier to fix it, or release an update (fascinate, thunderbolt, etc). So when you buy an Apple product it may suck because it cannot do half the stuff that Android can but you know you got Apple behind you to fix errors and bugs (usually)

Yes, it is Fall now and Asus is gonna fail hard. I don’t care if it is a hex-core CPU with 4GB RAM, $500 for anything not by Apple is destined to fail in the marketplace. Asus set a superb precedent with the $399 Transformer earlier this year and they should have maintained that price point no matter what. Better to hold the line at $400 than launch at $500 (or more) and end up in a clearance firesale a few months later ala HP and RIM.
