Nexus Prime, DROID HD, and HTC Vigor All Start to Appear in Cellebrite Systems

Talk about the type of info we love to see on a late Friday afternoon.  Loaded (as of this week) into Cellebrite systems, we have three devices that have been on the minds of all Android enthusiasts over the last few weeks:  Nexus Prime (Galaxy Nexus?), DROID HD (RAZR?), and the HTC Vigor (Rezound?). While no other details ever accompany Cellebrite listings, we do at least get further confirmation that all of these phones exist along with their model numbers.  The Prime as we all know is SCH-I515 and the DROID HD is XT912.  The Vigor for some reason is listed under its FCC number as PH98100, but should hit stores as the ADR6425.

The DROID HD:

The HTC Vigor:

The Vigor should be the first of these devices to hit store shelves and has two rumored dates at this time: October 13 and October 20.  The Nexus Prime should be next at either the end of October or early November, followed by the DROID HD some time around the holidays.

Cheers ___!

I think the fact that the Prime will have Ice Cream Sammich is the deal breaker right there…cheap Canucks tickets

Are yousure? Looks good, but I never heard that name before. So, where do you usually hear that thing? I wish iPhones must have those specs not with those not unknown name

4.3 is the limit of screen size for me, and I love HTC products!!!

  • Jonfrap

i can’t even believe is see people here saying “HTC sucks”..  Are you guys crazy!!!!!   motorola is so Blah. I hate those phones. and anyone that want the Nexus made by Samdung is even stupider. I wouldn’t take either of those phones for free.  HTC is so far ahead of both that it’s not even arguable. where do you clowns come from?

I would take the Touch Pro before either. and that uses WM(and is ten years old). The clowns that said “htc sucks” never had one. keep buying your crap. it must be madning to you guys that no one ever says “hey, nice phone, let me see that”.  HTC Sucks!!!!!!!! hah, i’m still laughing over that one…..grow up

    • Anonymous

i’d rather have moto’s metal body than htc’s plastic any day…and i’ve used sense and blur both, and i prefer blur…htc is crap, except for the original incredible

  • Booboolala2000

Really can’t believe my eyes when I see Nexus on anything related to Verizon.

  • Anonymous

Hurrrrrrry up with the nexus prime verizon, sprint and at&t have their gs2′s now and im getting SUPER JEALOUS :/

  • Christephormorris

kellex have you done work for a game cheat company

  • Anonymous

my upgrade is the first week of october…do i hit the bionic, or wait for the razr?

    • Anonymous

      Razor

    • Anonymous

I love my bionic, but the razor might be the best device of the year

      • Anonymous

i was thinking too, upgrade to the bionic, and then when the razr comes out, sell the bionic and use the money from selling the bionic to pick up the razr

        • Anonymous

Get the razor :) that one will be gorgeous nice radios, good build quality and it will be thin and fast

          • Anonymous

i’ll be getting the razr no matter what…just a question of waiting until it comes out, or upgrading to the bionic first and then selling the bionic to help pay full retail for the razr…on the droid x now, so i should be able to wait if i choose to…

          • Anonymous

Im getting the razor as well :)

      • Anonymous

what makes you think it will even come out this year. have you noticed how long it took for your beloved bionic to come out? and what is there to like about the droid hd knowing the samsung prime will be released by the next month?

        • Anonymous

We all know moto are the best when it comes to build quality, radio and sound quality. They made another device thats why the bionic took so long. Prime will just have ics other than that, what is there to like? Sammy display are saturated

          • Anonymous

that samsung phones are always faster then motorola? compare a motorola phone with a galaxy s ii and tell me which one is faster. not to mention it will be stock and you wont have to deal with motorola crappy skin with its bugs and lag. and samsung use superamoled plus and motorola used pentile matrix. its no comparison that sammy wins when it comes to displays.

          • Anonymous

Not with moto’s lcd display that are on. Droid, droid 2 and droid x. The new user interface that moto is using its better than sammy skin

          • Anonymous

i have a droid 2 i hate it, mainly because of blur. it lags, it has bugs and its terrible. my phone reboots itself everyday for no reason. samsungs skin is still faster. and do you not understand that the prime is a stock device? STOCK. it updates directly from google, no bloatware and it will always be the first phone to be updated to the latest version of android and is faster then any skins. what is there to not like about that? please tell me.

          • Anonymous

Like i told you, if the nexus would of been made by moto its another story. Sammy put cheap plastic, weak radios and the speaker quality is not as good as moto’s. Vanilla might be fast but is so boring, many people use go launcher. Launcher pro etc

          • Anonymous

forgot to mention that the prime wont have bloatware because its a google experience device. the app list was leaked,.

    • Anonymous

i have an upgrade first week of october, and then another in february, and another next august

    • Anonymous

dont get either motorola is garbage. just wait for the prime, maybe even the vigor you dont mind htc battery life. smfh

      • Anonymous

you havent paid attention to my posts have you…samsung is garbage, so the prime is absolutely out of the question…and i dont like htc…but i’ll compare the vigor to the razr and choose which ever fits me the best…as it stands right now, i hate sense

        • Anonymous

you can atleast clarify why you think samsung is garbage. same for HTC for that matter. but anyway i dont understand why anyone wouldnt like samsung there phones are faster then any motorola ever made. motorola phones are almost 90% of the time ugly as hell. you got a crappy ass pentile display, which in many opinions one of the worst kind of displays a phone could have. you got motorolas horrible blur skin which lags and glitches constantly, and on top of that the bootloaders are always locked so your stuck with motos god awful software. and if you havent noticed kellex; guy who posts everything on this site favors the galaxy s ii as his phone of choice. he runs a website about droids and favors a samsung non-droid phone, a phone thats not even available on verizon. so you know the phone must be great, and so will the nexus prime/galaxy nexus.

          • Anonymous

again…go back and read my posts…you can click on my name, and read ALL my posts i’ve ever made…try it, you’ll like it…i’ve clarified more than once why i dont like samsung

THIS JUST IN: ANONYMOUS GUY ON INTERNET DOESN’T LIKE SAMSUNG PHONES. ENTIRE POPULATION SHOULD LISTEN.

            Film at 11.

          • Anonymous

you know…thats funny…but, i was just answering questions posed to me

          • Anonymous

also remember, in reference to google managing the prime…moto just got bought my google…so looks like all of moto’s phones are going to be managed by google

          • Anonymous

you really had to bring back a 2 day old argument? and i believe google clarified that owning motorola mobile would not change anything, the same people at motorola are still making phones and software updates. google is just making a profit off of motorola phones, i believe. otherwise it would be stock for all motorola phones.

  • Tony Allen

I’ll see what’s going on around summer of next year, since I’ll have another upgrade to play with.

  • Anonymous

My Birthday was on the 28th.My parents bought me Beats by Dre studios. Maybe I should of gone with the Nexus Prime instead. I’m starting to hate my Xoom and my Droid 2.

    • Anonymous

I’ll take that Xoom off your hands…

    • Anonymous

get the prime, no questions asked.

  • Anonymous

October will be a good month for us

  • Bobby Perry

Yeah!!! Who else is ready for any of these phones?

  • Cooksta3276

So, do we expect the Droid HD to essentially be a tweaked Bionic with a 720 screen?

  • Rivrstx

Been up for an upgrade since May!  I really hope the Prime delivers like I’m hoping it will.  I was waiting for the Bionic for months.  It was just too little too late.

  • Keith Sumner

These are crap, because several months after these came out, there will be better phones…

    ;) ;)

  • Chris Phillips

    alltel with the wafer. lmao.

  • TheRealBeesley

I just happen to be ready for an upgrade on Nov 7, 2011 :)  woooooooooooooooooot

  • MOTOX

either the prime or vigor…but really why name it rezound…its completely stupid and it’l veer off customers…come on vz…

    • Anonymous

Most people don’t care what the phone is called.

      • Anonymous

i dont care what its called, but i never liked the droid brand.

  • http://twitter.com/cheese cheese

This is all coming into place now.

SCH-i515 (Nexus Prime) will be a CDMA/LTE phone made by Samsung that will get ICS first, and landing on Verizon (with no bloat)

GT-i9250 (Galaxy Nexus) will be a global phone (GSM/CDMA/LTE) made by Samsung that you can purchase straight from Google unlocked for ~$600 dollars.

    • Anonymous

So now the question is the name Nexus Galaxy or Prime?

    • Tyrian

i wonder if they can fit all of those radios into the same form factor for the global?

  • Bionic

    What does cellebrite even do?

    • Anonymous

This I would like to know as well.

    • Anonymous

Yeah really, i have never herd of them in my life. Help kellex?

    • Anonymous

It is used to transfer data between phones like if you wanted your pictures and all that transferred. If the phone isnt in this system they are unable to transfer your data and info from your old phone to a new one. Also used when switching carriers, etc.

  • AJ

I have a cellbrite at my store and none of these phones are on the list..i dont know how you can fake this but I think its fake

    • Anonymous

What is Cellebrite for? And have you checked it in the past 6 hours? Does it update globally? *Confused*

    • Anonymous

the cellbrite in the store by me has not been updated in years. Just saying.

  • Anonymous

Who is getting sick of 20 Android phones coming out each year on Verizon and less than 50% of them working properly and beating out the current ifail? I like Android but you almost have to wait a couple months after a phone is released to see if its functional or not. It’s like a Jerry Sienfeld joke.

    • Anonymous

That is about every android minus the nexus. That is something you have to get used to on all carriers.

    • Anonymous

Every Android phone beats out the Iphone.

      • Anonymous

Not quite moto, Sammy then iphone. Ios is. Very stable, good cam and display and also good build quality

  • Telephoneteck

    Prime Time!

  • http://www.twitter.com/wrg25 W!LL

    Nexus3 ohhh yeahhhh!

  • Anonymous

I’m hoping that with the announcement of the Nexus supposedly coming Oct. 11th, they won’t wait more than a couple of weeks to launch. Please October!!!!

    • Bionic

      Im guessing 10-25 or 11-1

      • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=664474210 Bill Newman

We know big red likes to release on thursday, so I’m gonna say 11-3

        • Anonymous

          A week before that

  • Pflorin

Pocketnow confirmed that vigor is not rezound !

  • http://www.facebook.com/japultra Jason Nguyen

So I’m a bit confused. Is the SCH-i515 NOT the Galaxy Nexus? Calling it the Prime is throwing me off as I thought that was the model number for the Galaxy Nexus.

    • Bionic

it will be called droid prime on verizon most likely.

      • http://www.facebook.com/japultra Jason Nguyen

I thought this name was thrown out of the list of possible names. I feel lost haha.

        • Bionic

Well its not for sure. Who knows at this point. But it makes sense the more I think about it.

          • http://www.facebook.com/japultra Jason Nguyen

Oh, well. Bottom line is it doesn’t matter what it’s called. It just needs to get released.

          • Bionic

Dont matter for me,  Im happy with my Bionic for another 19 months.

          • Anonymous

That’s how we need to be upgrade every year 2

    • http://www.twitter.com/wrg25 W!LL

i think that the Verizon Google Nexus3 is model number SCH-i515….. and the GSM version is GT-i9250 for T-Mobile/AT&T……………………the Verizon version could also be as well for Sprint…..   that’s what i think but who knows… let’s see when Google makes it official

  • Anonymous

Nexus prime or droid razr? Im torn between them

    • Jason Purp

Nexus Prime. The DROID RAZR will apparently only have a qHD Super AMOLED screen, plus we all know that it will have Motoblur.

      • Bionic

why do we care what UI phones have stock anyway?  Its easy to root and put whatever you want on it.  Or just use a home replacement app such as GoLauncher.

        • Jason Purp

In the end, it’s always better to have a Vanilla phone. At least to me.

          • Bionic

Yeah i love stock android. I just refuse to wait forever to get a new phone.

      • Anonymous

Vanilla is boring. We all know Sammy will make this device a cheap plastic, the radio won’t be as good

  • Bionic

Personally Im waiting for the “Droid Viagra”  Didnt you guys hear about it?  It comes out in 19 months.

    It features:
    -Android 5.0 (Nutter Butter Bar)
    -3.0 GHZ quad core
-4.5 inch super HD screen at 2040p resolution
-HDMI, USB 4.0, and a Fallatio port
-10 pills of Viagra carried in the battery compartment
    - 3000mah battery which provides 20 hours of Fallatio, or 40 hours talk time
    - 3GB DDR3 RAM
    -Tungsten Carbide shell

    • Jason Purp

      This is very funny.
      Just kidding.

    • Achilles

That is the funniest thing I have read in a long time!!  Maybe it’ll also come with a free digital copy of a Linda Lovelace classic!!

    • John

Really? Only a 4.5″ with those specs?

      • Mark

The add says 9″ display, but it’s really only 4.5″…

    • Anonymous

      I love the ddd3 ram

    • Tony Allen

made me LOL xD but seriously tungsten carbide subframe, build kinda like the Sensation might be kinda cool, with that dark polished finished haha

      • Bionic

Maybe we should include an adapter for the Fallatio port. Some of us are more endowed than others, LOL.

  • Bionic

You for sure have to rank the HTC 3rd on this list.

    • http://www.facebook.com/borgey401 Andrew Borges

I’d rather have a HTC phone then ANY Motorola phone out at the moment. I’m sure any true developer would say the same thing also. But I guess if you don’t care about bootloaders n things of that nature then they are awesome phones. Not to mention you can’t even compare Blur to Sense UI. I own a Bionic and I’ll admit this any day.

      • Bionic

For one thing, Moto is unlocking bootloaders by years end. For two, motorola still uses metal in its construction of phones. three, i dont use blur, i use GoLauncher, easy fix. Four, all 3 of my friends who have had HTC phones say they suck beyond belief. and five, Motorola call quality is unmatched.

        • Anonymous

And you know they will unlock the bootloaders how? Because moto said that? Just like the other lies that moto said(xoom ring a bell?) Until it happens and most likely they will make some lame excuse up as to why they can’t unlock the bootloaders.

          • Bionic

Fair enough. But with everyone else doing it, do you really think moto wont?

          • Anonymous

A 1% of people make a big deal of bootloader and ics lol

        • Anonymous

Nobody can beat moto period. Even though, they are an American company they still the best. Sammy supposed to be the best cause they are Asian and that is their speciality, but they are the second best manufacturer. Lastly, htc are third choice

    • Anonymous

      I agree

  • http://www.facebook.com/borgey401 Andrew Borges

Sign me up for the Vigor and the Prime!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t wait, I’ll I have ever wanted since the First N1 came out was a Nexus device on Verizon. They screwed us over with the Nexus 1 ( I remember on the Nexus one order page it even said “coming soon on Verizon” and it was a complete fail…… Hopefully this does not happen, since we didn’t get the Galaxy S 2.

  • Anonymous

Beh, I’ll wait til they are announced for sure

  • Jason Purp

    Dat Nexus Primez

  • Fenom

Hmm, I skipped BIONIC, Not Feeling HTC, so the queston is Droid Razr or Nexus? Kellex any suggestions?

    • Bionic

I dont think you can go wrong with either.  Most people will want Prime cuz it will prolly be bloat free.  HTC sucks.

      • Anonymous

Agreed HTC sucks…you are down to two phones.

      • Anonymous

I disagree that HTC sucks… My bolt is the best phone I’ve owned hands down compared to D1, D2, DX.

I will either get the Vigor or the Nexus. I can’t get a phone unless the bootloader can be unlocked so I certainly hope the Vigor or Nexus will fit the bill. Before I purchase I will wait till they are both out and then compare and decide.

        • Anonymous

Htc sucks, they are a new manufacturer, that’s why they come out with a device weekly lol

          • Tony Allen

Again, disagree. I love my Bionic, but I miss a lot about my Incredible and the subtle little things in HTC Sense. Even though its a bigger change in software, it still felt less invasive than ninja-blur does now.

          • Anonymous

A lot of people love moto ui better. Moto is the best then Sammy

          • Anonymous

i’d have taken the incredible over the og…but that is the only HTC phone i’ve ever even come close to considering

    • palomosan

Prime, full Google experience with no skin or bloatware.

      • Anonymous

I love everything about the prime/nexus but the screen size. 4.6″ is too big.

        • Anonymous

          Size matters. ;-)

      • Anonymous

except prime is a samsung product…thats the deal breaker for me

    • AlexKCMO

I think the fact that the Prime will have Ice Cream Sammich is the deal breaker right there…

      • Anonymous

Moto will have it as well within months

    • Anonymous

After my experience with the thunderbolt, I would recommend the prime

    • Anonymous

There’s no way now that people would not choose moto, they putting a nicer display now. Go droid razor

  • Scott Willenborg

I want me some Nexus Prime… I got a Nexus in my pants, WOOT!!

  • http://twitter.com/strifejester Justin Ellenbecker

Glad I have 5 lines with 4 of those coming up in November on the 7th.  Two of the lines are going to be upgraded right away of those 4 since one is my wifes and the other is my sister’s but the others I can do what I want with. Thinking I will get the Nexus Prime and the HD/RAZR when it does reelase.  Talk about nostalgia though I had a Samsung Wafer.  It almost brought a tear to my eye seeing that, I loved that phone.

    • Anonymous

I giggled at the Wafer. :P

    • Anonymous

Lol it happens i loved my first moto device. It was a flip phone, i remember it was to say you have an incoming call ring ring. It was the shit back in the day

      • Anonymous

My first phone was a Motorola StarTAC 3000.  Analog, monochrome LCD (actually it was comprised of 2 rows of amber colored 7-segment displays), 9 speed dials (20 total NUMBERS in the phonebook, no names), no vibrate OR silent.  60 Minutes of talk time 14 hours standby.  And it was a lot of money.  A lot.  I followed it with a few CDMA StarTACs after that.  Other than the antenna being prone to breakage (which I took in and had replaced under warranty about every other month) it was an awesome (series of) phone(s).

        • Anonymous

I love moto and verizon. they have been good

  • Anonymous

So here is another question, how will the Droid Razr compete with Bionic? If I was a Bionic owner, I sure as hell would be pissed if the next month or so we will see a phone that out does the Bionic.

    • Anonymous

Hate to say this, but the RAZR or HD, is going to be one hell of a good phone.  Super thin, LTE, and a really good screen that isn’t PenTile matrix.

      • Anonymous

I believe it, but Motorola loses credibility by pumping out a new phone, that some poor soul paid the actual $300 tag price. I wonder if that loyalty program from Droid works both ways?

        • Bionic

IM the “poor sould”  and trust me.  Im fine, im not mad.  For $300 I had. A good , fast, responsive, LTE phone I did not.

      • Anonymous

It will be hard to get a nexus for the droid hd knowing moto’s build quality

    • Anonymous

never understood people complaining about android phones now out doing each other… yes you are use to it taking 6 months, but that is because we were spoiled… every tech product except the iphone comes out with new versions as fast as what is currently happening.. change happens folks

      • Anonymous

Natural to want the best on the market, people dish out top dollar for it. It’s just disappointing when something drops a couple months later that is the “next best phone.”

        • Anonymous

Carriers need to tell manufacturers to make less devices

      • Anonymous

But we’re not talking 6 months…i’m talking few months providing the information is true that the Razr is coming out in December. Don’t you wonder what is strategy here? pump as many android phones as we can and hope no one can tell the difference?

I mean why bother with releasing the Bionic, if this was around the corner? Was Motorola too committed, and wasted so much money and was to late to back out? Maybe, but you got to stop and think what will they gain from enthusiasts who got the Bionic and a month or so later get replaced with something that out does it in every way?

        • Anonymous

nothing since enthusiasts are probably less than 1% of the market

          • Anonymous

I disagree, I think there is way more than 1%. If that was the case, anyone who didn’t know anything about phones and wanted to run apps would just get an Iphone.

        • Anonymous

Blame htc for that, they are the ones that come with a device every 3 days lol

          • Anonymous

            Let that bias flag fly!

    • Bionic

Why should I be pissed? It happens ALL the time.  Thats why you gotta buy a phone when your ready, something bigger always around corner.

To answer your question im sure the Razr will be at least 1.2GHZ , im sure it’ll have 1GB of RAM.  Besides that I think the only differences will be the screen technology and it will be a slimmer phone than Bionic.

      • Anonymous

From a business strategy, how does this makes sense? Playing devils advocate for a second, and I know nothing about Android, both Bionic and Razr are available to choose…I can clearly see the Razr is thinner, I can notice the screen looks pixel free. The obvious choice would be the HD or Razr….right? I mean what is Verizon / Motorola strategy? Mind you, I’m a Motorola Solutions employee, so I’m not biased in any way.

        • Bionic

yeah i dunno. I just buy a damn phone when i need to.

          • Brent Mannarino

            u mad bro?

      • Anonymous

I know but a better build quality. I love my bionic but it does not have the build quality of the DroidX2

      • Anonymous

        Better build quality as well

  • Anonymous

This makes me happy and hate my life at the same time.  Too many choices!  ICS on a Samsung or GB with ICS in the future on the HD (or RAZR) or the Vigor?  What to do!?!?!

    • Anonymous

      Droid hd

      • Anonymous

That is what my instincts say, but a Nexus device on Verizon… Sounds way too promising, but I still love Moto and the supposed leaked images of the device look hot.  The Samsung part of the Nexus is what turns me off a bit though…  But open and ICS?  Sooooo tempting.

I cant leave moto’s build quality and sound quality :) the droid hd will be the best device of the year. I thought it was going to be the bionic but it won’t

          • Anonymous

I am using a pretty solid HTC (Incredible 2) right now in terms of how it functions and build quality, but it is not a magnesium Motorola.  There is something about a metal phone…  And Moto can’t be beat when it comes to signal strength and quality for CDMA.  I still love my Droid and my Droid X too, but the Incredible 2 just runs smoother.  The Motorolas just feel more raw (in a good way) and fun though.

Do you agree that the DroidX2 has the best build Quality of any devi ce? I do and it also looks unique and professionally

          • Anonymous

The Droid X is an identical form factor but still had a real camera button and I like the original X’s screen better (in sunlight the X2′s display is better though).  Because of the camera button and the battery life I prefer the X (which is not really much slower than the X2), but the build quality of both devices is 2nd to none.  The only plastic on the outside of the phone is the top and bottom strips that are about 5mm tall and can easily be replaced if scratched or dented (which is still pretty hard to do).    The phone is magnesium and lighter than many smaller HTC phones, yet still feels good in the hand.  My X and my original Droid have both been dropped screen down on cement and asphalt with not even a scratch. I don’t like the plastic battery doors of the Droid 3 and the Bionic.  Feels like a downgrade in quality, but I understand the need for them so they could offer inductive chargers.

            tl;dr
I think the X and X2 have near top build quality, but personally I like the X better than the X2.

          • Anonymous

I love the x better but DroidX2 has hdmi mirror and tegra. The display on the droid x is the better than DroidX2. I hate the back cover of the droid 3 and bionic as well. I feel right now the photon and the atrix Have a better build quality than the bionic and droid 3. I didn’t expect that from moto.

          • Anonymous

I rarely used the HDMI on my X, but the mirror mode of the X2 might have changed that, but everyone I know with an X2 is the same way, they used it a few times and now it is back to being just a smart phone and never uses the HDMI.  As for the Tegra 2 processor, it is nice, but it does not perform any better than the X in real world usage with stock software.  Not sure what the aftermarket ROMs do for the X2 though, but many of the 2nd init AOSP ROMs for the X nearly doubled the performance.
The Droid 3 and Bionic are pretty solid as far as build quality, but the plastic back makes them feel cheap.  They need to go back to the metal.  That is why the RAZR or HD or whatever it is called sounds good since it is supposedly metal and kevlar.  That sounds sturdy.

I do agree the dual core on the droid x 2 its not that fast than droid x. The droid hd will be a beast

except 9 isnt a prime number…the closest to a prime number would be either 7 or 11

          • Anonymous

But it sounded closer to nine.

          • Anonymous

true true…but if you go back and read what everyone posted, 7 got completely skipped…so that would haev been your chance

You birthday may be in October, but looks like we will all get the present we have been waiting for :-)

Yea not only the nexus, droid hd will be a beast. Vigor might disappointment but let’s see

        • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000561895200 John Paul Harrison

The Vigor? 1.5 GHz, 1GB RAM, 16 GB internal memory, 4.3 in screen with 1280×720 resolution, 1800 mAh+ battery, 4G LTE. Yea, that COULD be a disappointment, for a 2012 phone maybe (2012 brings QUAD CORE).

It will have an old gpu and htc’s build quality its not that good

          • Anonymous

i’m returning the favor of agreeing with you 100%

          • Anonymous

That’s why moto always stay on top became of it’s quality and radios

          • Anonymous

You’re moto biased. There’s nothing wrong with HTC build quality. However, there’s PLENTY of people praying their OG Droid doesn’t completely die before Prime or Vigor.

Htc sucks and we all know it

          • Xyz123

yeah, but none of those have super amoled screens! and what a tiny display at 4.3inches. But otherwise top of the line specs…

  • K Taylor

first. I cant wait for the vigor!

So I guess, I might be still confused because of the droid guy posting, and that the SCH-i515 might be the droid charge 2?? I hope that’s not the case.

    • Anonymous

Well the number is similar to that of the Droid Charge because it’s a Samsung Android VZW LTE device, except newer than the Charge.

Other than that, there will be no similarity. The Nexus Prime will be a separate and amazing device.

    • Anonymous

Well it’s listed as the Nexus Prime here, a name the Droid Guy’s report said was all just made up heh.  I know it as the Galaxy Nexus and the Nexus Prime.  The thing here is, that Cellebrites don’t usually list code names.  So either Verizon is playing with our minds, or the name is actually going to be the Nexus Prime.

          Too kind. :P

      • Anonymous

Very true about the Cellebrites not typically listing code names.  But then again, nothing’s confirmed until we get a press release or see the actual retail packaging.  I just hope we get some sort of official confirmation soon, because I’m getting tired of not knowing what to call it.  All I know is that I can’t wait to get my hands on it.  So far my Android phones of choice have been the underdogs, namely the Droid Eris and the Fascinate: the Eris because it was underpowered, the Fascinate because of Bing, and both because they were released with out of date OS’s.  It’s kinda nice to be waiting to order a top of the line phone with the latest hardware, latest Android OS, and no carrier or OEM bloatware for once.

        • Anonymous

Well, considering they are likely to announce it in a week and a half, I’m sure by now they’ve settled on a name.

      • Davros

So then we expect the Vigor name to stick?
