I wouldn’t expect to see them build an official Picasa app until after they rebrand the service as Google Photos, which should be in the near future.

Also, you can view all your Picasa photos in the Google+ app.

Come onnnnnn native Picasa app – Picasa Tool is nice and all, but I want more …. I’ve had bare-bones Flickr support for a while now thanks to HTC… but Picasa as a whole is nicer in my opinion… basic yet accurate photo editer for when I don’t need to “bring out the GIMP” and it’s integrated to the online albums. Some mobile friendly editing choices would also be nice in that app…
