They put me on hold again, came back and told me to try the website again cause there systems were messed up lol I did try on the website and finally got through. all is good now so if you were trying to do this earlier they seem to have gotten everything working again. Oh and no mention of the standard dock after I completed everything, it’s on the verizon portal page that says it so who knows.

I’m on hold for 15 minutes before I talk to someone who tells me they have a special dept for the xoom today and puts me on hold to talk to one of them. 30 minutes on hold still. Going as well I expected this to lol

With all the taxes I paid on the device it was close to $900. I barely even use the thing. The only time I use it is in car rides and on flights. I feel like any tablet other then the Windows 8 ones coming out will be a waste of money. The only reason I like the Windows 8 tablets is because it is WINDOWS.
