Android Back in Space – Nexus S Gets Down With Some Spheres

YouTube Preview Image

To break up talk from that other phone that seems to be popping up so often, we wanted to share this latest video from the Android team that features the Nexus S back in space.  Pretty cool to see some of the smartest people on the face of the Earth talk about how they chose Android because it’s easy to program for and easier to customize to their liking.  Anyone ever envision that an Android-powered device would be helping control spheres and robots from space so that humans can sit back home in safety from the evil things that are surely to be seen in Apollo 18?  Wait…I just wait fictional on fact.  Apologies.

10/04/2016…..This just in….iphone goes into space via rocket ship – it is the FIRST phone to make it to space. It’s on the news. WSJ covers it – the whole world rejoices while we all stand dumbfounded…..

Apollo 18 looks absolutely horrible! On Apollo 13 Tom Hanks clearly said 18 was cancelled due to budget cuts. That movie is calling Mr. Hanks a liar and is an outrage! Haha

I am also commenting to let you know what a beneficial discovery my cousin’s girl gained checking your web site. She discovered a wide variety of things, not to mention how it is like to have an amazing coaching mindset to let the mediocre ones with ease know a number of impossible subject areas. You really surpassed our expected results. Thanks for distributing those good, trusted, explanatory and as well as fun guidance on that topic to Janet.

That is great, except Obama is disbanding the space program so he has more money to waste on failed stimulus attempts that create no jobs and cost millions.

I have to show my thanks to this writer for bailing me out of this type of incident. Right after surfing through the online world and finding suggestions which are not helpful, I assumed my entire life was well over. Living without the presence of strategies to the problems you have sorted out as a result of the post is a crucial case, and the ones that might have negatively damaged my career if I had not encountered your blog post. Your main understanding and kindness in playing with almost everything was very helpful. I’m not sure what I would have done if I had not discovered such a thing like this. I can at this moment look ahead to my future. Thank you very much for this impressive and amazing help. I won’t hesitate to suggest the sites to anyone who wants and needs guide on this matter.

I worked with the SPHERES program! I graduated high school last year and I was on the robotics team. We had to apply to the SPHERES program (put on by MIT), and eventually go to travel up to MIT for the national competition! Although, last year they didn’t use android with the spheres… hah but still awesome!!

    • EC8CH

give it to me straight… what are the odds these things turn evil and start shooting laser at us from space?

      • Topher

Well, if we left it up to verizon they would put an extremely buggy version up in space that shot at earth and wait three of four months to fix it. at that point though… itd be too late!
