Name one case.  Just one.

Are you high? Not every company feels the need to patent every little thing created. Especially something as basic as touching to screen to navigate a menu. That is like created a finger print reader on a door to have it unlock. Than turning around and suing everyone else… There are only so many ways a person can redesign touch screen, lock, Door, Icons or even a cell phone shape.  Any phone that has a curbs automatically copies Apple’s design? Maybe they should start making cell phones like a Triangle or a Hexagon to satisfy Apple? Microsoft had touch screen PC waaaay before the iphone and even THEY aren’t dickish enough to try and patent “touch screen”.

Patent something that doesnt exist like a working Teleporter running off Atomic energy… All  Apple did was use Prior Art on the iPhone. Icons, touch screen and everything else.    

The real problem here is Apple now has some real competition therefore, Apple is doing the only thing it knows how to do which is to try and sue everyone. Apple sees how Android has exploded leaving them with nothing new. If Apple even tries to come up with something new, Androids phones OEM’s are like, been there done that.

Even Pro Apple writers try to come up with an excuse for iOS5 ripping off Android by saying : “Android may have done them first, but iOS 5 is about to do them better. iOS 5′s notification system is almost a direct rip of Android’s”. In the same article the idiot says Android needs to do better.

Whenever Android implements new ideas not in the iphone. Its never given any credit.. when Apple adopts the idea its “Revolutionary, Magical and They created it”  -ie iOS5
