I’m not sure if it matters, but I got a replacement droid x from Verizon on friday 05/13/11 and got the update notice to DL and install on 05/16/11. I now have system version 4.5.596.MB810.verizon.en.us and Android Version 2.3.3. Some issues w it though, or maybe just things i am not used to yet. I don’t like that when you change profiles from, for example, work to weekend, your wallpaper is not saved. I went from home to work then back to home and it changed my home wall pape. Minor I know, but anonoying/. . Also having issues with call button and contact button. If you click on contact icon, close, and then open the call button, it takes you to the contact tab. Just annoying.

Build number, not date… DX5 means the DroidX Gingerbread release is MR5, or maintenance release 5. 26 is just a version. Wow, the rumors be flyin here.
