What about those of us that purchased launcher pro plus the old way? with putting the product code from our emails in…do we still have to purchase the “launcher pro plus” from the market? because i downloaded a skin and for the life of me can’t find a place to apply it!

that also depends on how many services/apps you have running. fede can reduce LP’s memory usage, but not your phone’s.

try a new ROM. when i was on stock, everything always got closed by the OS, but with pete’s gingerbread, he fixed how memory is handled, and now i hardly ever get an app that is closed by the OS. the D1 needs special care in that regard.

Backup your settings and you will be on the Plus version when you restore.

installed, immediately forced close again and subsequently another five times in about three minutes. I prefer Launcher Pro Plus over any other launcher, but I’m tired of continually uninstalling and reinstalling it only for it to constantly force close. Sticking with Go Launcher EX for now, hopefully when Fede gets the rewrite done the issues will be fixed and I can go back to Launcher Pro Plus. Droid X Gingerbread.
