I did this update when this post first showed up, and i was pretty confident i could just sbf to 2.3.340 so i could get the official update. But, now that i try to sbf, I get this message, "Critical error B655 EDDC" It stays like that for about a minute then my phone reboots and works like normal. Any ideas what i could do to fix this?

Do you think I can use this to upgrade my DX to Gingerbread even after the most recent official update? Been trying to get Gingerbread through OTA, but am without any luck & growing impatient now. But, don't want to use this version (probably outdated now) and brick my phone. Any advice DL community?

HELP!! I got the Gingerbread update without deactivating my launcher
pro. My phone loads to the home screen, but any time i try to do
anything (open the app drawer, edit settings, etc) I get the error
message where I can either wait or force close. My phone is essentially
useless right now. Who else is having this problem?!
