OK, I love LP Pro but I downloaded the update and it force stops every time I unlock my phone. Now what?

I loved LP. But it got to the point where I wanted to throw my phone through a brick wall. It kept shutting down and restarting (up to about 7 or 8 times a day)… so I finally axed it. That I would rather deal with regular stock android and motoblur is really saying something. I think ill hold off until the rewrite is released.

Anyone else have the same issue?

PS when using the Facebook widget it would never update. Just show statuses from some date back in October. Sound familiar at all?

Hmm….I ran through this process. Everything worked, but when I try to start up Launcher Pro it force closes.

Ended up having to uninstall LP though TiBu since I guess the uninstall in Elite Options didn’t actually work. After doing that and rebooting, I was able to reinstall the new version of LP

It is my hope that the 1.0 release will include transparent widgets, because otherwise, I’ll just keep using the mod provided by our beloved XDA developers.

I love LPP, but the gmail widget is useless.. Its faster to hit my dock icon if im not on the page with the gmail widget.. I have 7 screens.
Wish I could use it, it works great!

You should be able to un highlite it by hitting the back button once
