Skyfire was great before Flash was available… still a good browser, just lost its bling.

You obviously weren’t on the net in the early to late 90′s, a LOT of us paid for Netscape, in fact, the free version wasn’t even available to the public until 1998. Now, Mosaic, the world’s first web browser has always been free, as has IE, Mosaic came out in 1993, Netscape in 1994 and IE in 1995.

Dolphin is overrated. It’s bulky and has way too many options when all I need is to be able to browse websites fast. Skyfire is much better at that, and video. Hell, the Stock browser is better. Dolphin Mini is better than Dolphin HD any day of the week too. Yet, even that one has too many options which I could care less about when all I want is to browse the web.

I hope they finally get rid of all of that Facebook integration crap. I loved this browser before, it was fast and could handle video well even before we got Flash. Then they added Facebook integration. What a waste. I mean, if I want to check my Facebook, I have an app for that, and I can either use the one preloaded with my phone, or download the Facebook official app from the market. And no, Skyfire, I could care less about what the morons in Facebook are browsing, or reading.
