This works great on my Xoom!!!! Now if Google would just let me send/receive calls I would be set. Still it is nice to be able to keep an eye on my Voice in-box while in meetings. I can be reading voice mail while it looks like I am taking notes.

phone number: Settings->About Tablet->Status use MDN (Mobile Directory Number) as your number. Add it in gVoice online first. Go back to the beginning of the gVoice install and let it log you back in.

When I did mine and I go to text I hit menu, all I have is labels,settings,balance,help ..no comp, do u know what I may be doing wrong I’m really stume on this

Just installed and tested. Have a xoom no contract. Just picked my mobile number as the number for the Xoom device.

I don’t remember the exact steps I used to install Google Voice on my Cruz Reader, but I don’t remember having a problem with “verifying my number”. Seems like I just told it the number was my other phone and it seems to work.

I know its for the zoom, but if anyone is wondering it doesn’t work on the Nook. Can’t verify phone number. I am running CM7.
