I keep getting a Error message “ Validation Error Backup CID missing” how do I fix this Using unrevoked 3.3 it goes through everything on install then at the end the window states that.

I have a Droid Incredible and I have attempted to root my phone following the directions precisely. Everything seems to be working as planed and then I keep getting an error message stating “failed to get root. Is your firmware too new” What is the problem?

So confused on this MIUI buzz. Throughout this site it is very common to bash iphones, yet you are supporting a ROM that makes my droid interface look like a crapple!

If I wanted a phone that looked like an iphone I would have just put money in Steve Jobs pocket.

Cool I will try the one click method… its for my buddies phone, I would do all the adb commands and run the program on my computer if it was my phone, but I don’t care that much haha thanks for the reply.
