Many people will never hear of them as the average Android user (we are in the minority regularly checking an Android blog) will just go through the market for all their apps (IMO). Only people who search out info on blogs/forums are going to bother, then of those many won't bother with an non-”one click” purchase method. Makes you wonder if they would sell so many more games in the market that it would offset the additional piracy. No idea, just saying.

I dealt with them for 3 WEEKS!!! trying to get a refund as I was NEVER told it would be charged to my phone bill until afterwards and the best they could do was offer me credit… OH and their tech support is overseas (sounds like a former Soviet country, possibly Czech not sure) coming from being laid off from a tech support job where the job was outsourced overseas hell no I'll NEVER buy from them no matter how good their games may be. I was NEVER satisfied and had to explain my issue to several people several times and never got a response from ANY of their twitter accounts which seem to have been dormant until recently… VERY poor customer service skills

I have alway had issues getting SMS to work and not just from Gameloft. They used to only offer SMS so whenever I couldn't get it to work I would call them and they would just send it to me for free. They have credit card purchases now and that works great for me.

I suggest going to Gameloft on your phone. It will only show what is available to your device. Creating an account is quick and easy and you can pay by carrier or credit card. I payed by credit card and was given a download right away, it was on my phone and installed within a minute. It works well, they have made many improvements to this process over the past few months.

You can also email them but that will take a day or two instead of 15 minutes.

Two weeks ago, I think it was, Gameloft was giving away Dungeon Hunter for free on there website for christmas. (I would assume this was for people to see the quality of their games and to consider purchasing others in the future) :D <– which was very cool on game lofts part, and its gotten me to consider buying there products, if they were on the market i would totally buy them in a heartbeat. But alas, they are not :(
