I am not sure to which 2.2 bug you are referring – there are so many to choose from. But I offer you the link below to solve many of the woes that many of us face. Initially after 2.2, I was in awe of the higher speeds, the use of flash, etc. But I experienced many annoying bugs and was extremely frustrated with the update. Dare I say that the thought crossed my mind that I wish I hadn't upgraded from the relatively stable 2.1. Then a friend shared with me a link to the story below. I have tried it and with about a week's worth of testing, I couldn't be happier – I have *NO* issues so far (knock on wood). Please check it out. I hope it works for you as well as it has for me.

PS – Kellex, I am your Droid-life faithful. I don't bother with any other site. This link was given to me, I did not seek it out

I know what you mean, I was in a car crash earlier today and when I went to call for 911 my Droid X dropped the call. Luckily the person I crashed into had an iPhone 4 and we were saved. Yay!
