TweetDeck appears to be serious about making a top notch Android Twitter client and that should make you smile.  We all know how amazing their desktop client is, and after 5 or so beta updates in about two weeks time, you can tell that this is going to be a guaranteed winner as well.  A new version has just been released which can be downloaded directly to your phone now.

Talk about a busy day. We officially launched our IRC Channel which completely blew up and MrPicolas (Dr. Root) is still recovering in the Trauma Center at the local ER. We hope for a speedy recovery!

Firefox Mobile or Fennec, hit official “alpha” today for all Android phones running at least version 2.0.  While this is still a very early build, the Fennec team has decided that it is worthy of an announcement and some video action.  I’ll also say that after just a few minutes of time with it, you can see that it has come a long way.  What a great browser this is going to be.

The Droid Incredible order page on VerizonWireless.com has been updated to include all of the features the device will see once it finally gets Froyo over the next few days.  What’s interesting is that it sort of leads you to believe that new versions of the device will ship with all of this update goodness, however we understand the unlikeness of that happening.  After all, the Droid has been updated 2-3 times now and if you were to somehow find a brand new one today, it would come with Android 2.0 (in some cases 2.1) and simply force you to update it immediately.

Nice to see VZW acknowledging the update everywhere though.

The official Verizon Support Twitter account has weighed in this morning with news confirming that the Incredible Froyo update indeed starts today.  (And yes, this account has been verified.)  While this isn’t news to us after we showed the world an email from Verizon with today’s date on it yesterday, I do hope this helps some of the doubters out there, because damn, there are a lot of you.  (Smiley!)

You know we had to ask right?  Has anyone received the Android 2.2 for the Droid Incredible yet?  How about the FRG22D update for the Droid which allows for Flash 10.1 to be downloaded from the market?
