Is it just me, or does this sound like they're willing to pay for “out of pocket expenses” of participants? I'm saving my gas receipts just in case…

“As a condition of participating in the Promotion, participant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to…any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses… and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred…”

I noticed that the kangerade boot animation installer places the animation in your data/local file, which is predominate folder, but check the system/media file. It might be placing it in this folder or vice versa.

Depends where in LA… I'm betting #10 is in Houston. It says that #10 is in a state big enough for 2 phones (#5 is in Dallas, I'm sure of it), and then there's “City, we have a problem”… there's only one city that goes in that sentence. So if you're in SW Louisiana, you might get there in time.

Anyone notice in the OFFICIAL Verizon wireless rules, that in the first sentence it says: “The Verizon Wireless Droid *Scavener* Hunt. Wow.. thats a fail on the person whos supposed to check this stuff.

Yeah there's only one Lombard that would require that processing power to navigate. That one is in SF, I'd bet.
