I’m assuming you have a phone with froyo. I dont think this will work with the newer systems. I would do a factory reset then use z4root to root your phone. It makes it an easy 2 minute process. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=833953

So after I put my phone into Droidmod, I was recieving so many foreclosures and my gallary was no longer working. What can I do to fix this problem?

i really really enjoyed rooting and unrooting this on and off of my droid , however i havent figured out how to install the 2.1 launcher i want the 3d apps instead of the slide up and down app drawer!!!

Rooted phone and installed droidmod. Was impressed but phone kept freezing up.. Went back to 2.0.1 but still have five screens, a different apps bar.. My big problem though is when I make or receive calls the speakerphone is always on. I can turn it off. But this is getting annoying. Anyone please help. I want to call without speaker on.

One quick question, your phone look really fast after installing the Mod mode, my is kind of slow, it's there a reason for that.

in reply to my last comment. I went through the process and my it worked for me, which made me very happy. Laucher2 app is hella buggy, so the fun of looking like the nexus one was short lived. It's okay droidmod is cool and I can live with this until 2.1 is release, thanks guys.

Kellex I downloaded launcher and it looks great, thanks again man you're the
shit. BTW why did you delete it on the video? you stated that is was buggy I
haven't played with it much but it looks like 2.1 for the nexus one. I'll
let you know how it plays out for me, and again bro thanks couldn't wait for
Moto any longer.

this worked thanks, one thing though I couldn't do the ripples on the live wallpapers. The instructions said you needed launcher, where can I find that? thank again this site rocks!!
